I have lived here for over a year and although the location is great I have two major complaints. This building smells like poop constantly… It’s obvious they have an issue with sewage. The smell is not there everyday but out of 7 days there’s 4 or 5 days with it. The smell is strong in the lobby and common areas but lately I can feel it in my apt too. My other complaint is tenants… A LOT of college kids… This means a lot of parties and noise. I wish they would do something about it. I have complaint about both issues and nothing has been done. I am not the only one complaining about this and still nothing happens. I know that compared to other buildings in this area we are paying a lot less but it is still a lot of money. I am moving out ASAP I don’t think the poop smell is healthy for tenants.
