What??? How have I not reviewed this place before? I am slacking.
I am delighted that this location has been able to stay open despite the parent company’s financial difficulties. I am frequently working in the area, and it’s the perfect spot to pop in for a quick snack to tide me over and keep my energy going. The prices are extremely reasonable and the food is very good with TONS of options whether you are a meat eater or vegetarian (I think vegans are out of luck here). I’ve even been known to share a pitcher or 2 of beer with Larry S. if it’s a Saturday.
The restaurant is clean and the service is fast and friendly.

The concept is terrific — large variety of small gourmet sandwiches well priced. First, the wait to order was way too long; second, most of the sandwiches were terrible. We were a party of four and ordered a large variety of items and the flavors were insipid and boring. The meatball sandwich tasted like cheap ground beef and the pork tasted odd. The bread was OK and that’s pretty much what you got… A LOT OF BREAD. The fries were terrific and the Caesar Salad was a bowl of croutons. The fried churros were good, but it was difficult to enjoy after such an awful dinner. I do not recommend this place.

Run back to your car! Do not eat here. This place is tragic end to a nice day. Food is without flavor, bread tastes frozen, workers look heart-​broken with their fate.
This was a good concept that fell apart probably due to high rents, escalating food costs, and lazy cuisine.
Please, re-​read this review. My entire party felt like garbage after eating here.

I’m a big fan of this chain, and this is a solid location. My husband and I have been here twice and have had great experiences, or at least experiences far better than our expectations given the price. Both times, we stuffed ourselves with meat, cheese, bread, and surprisingly delicious wine for about $ 30. Service was friendly and fast. 100 Montaditos is heads and shoulders above, say, Applebees or other competitor chains, and comparable to many more pretentious wine bars at least twice as expensive. Good Spanish music was an added bonus (e.g., Manu Chao and Estrella Morente). It’s not the greatest jamon iberico I’ve had in my life, but I’ll definitely be back, and I hope that this chain gets back into expansion mode.

I honestly love this place but I had only been to the one on Lincoln road which is now closed. Unfortunately this location takes forever. Ordered for pickup. They said 30 minutes. Got here after 45 minutes due to the parking which sucks and I’m still waiting for the order. I don’t know if that’s the reason y they r closing down but this was a 360 degree change from the service received on Lincoln road.
