Have been coming to this location for YEARS, always order the Pad Thai and they always make it pretty damn good. Service could be a bit slow, but overall a good location. I order online a lot and get my food right on time.

Last night I went with my wife and their cashier was very nice and sweet I asked her name and she said Jailene her customer service skills are amazing and told us about the rewards program which I had never been told the first time I went a few months ago. I will definitely go back and hopefully we get the same girl and the food was awesome my wife and I really enjoyed it.

Be prepared to wait if you come here. They’ve always got a long line and they take forever to get your order out. Definitely not a good lunch spot! I won’t be back

This place gets worst and worst each time I have eaten there. Up until this last time the food was so bad I had to throw it out. Never again will we eat here. Hard to think these people are a spin off of PF Chang.

Good quick food for a decent price. Has good flavor as well and they’re take out is friendly and quick. Kinda small portions though.

This place is great! I am a vegan and it offers me a vegan dish that is delicious! It took about 30 minutes, which we were about to complain, but I think it’s because tofu takes longer to prepare and I ask for it to be steamed. So I ordered the Teriyaki bowl with Vegetables & Tofu, Steamed. Steamed just means they steam it instead of cooking it in oil. I got the regular size and it was about the size of two of my faces! It left me with a food belly but it was all totally worth it!

I come here pretty often, at least I used to. On my last visit, I was eating my Kung Pao chicken when I bit into a piece of glass. Not maybe glass, not«well hmmmm that was hard and felt like glass». No, it was, well I just pulled little pieces of glass out of my mouth. I told the(very helpful and very friendly) food runner and she said she would let her manager know and he would come by. I am sitting at my table 10 minutes after I told her and he still has not come by. I finally told her that she needs to refund my money. I won’t come back here anymore.

So disappointed. The manager was very upbeat and welcoming, so I was pretty excited. And then when we arrived to what seemed to be a very annoyed and monotoned cashier; It all went downhill from there. Although the flavors were still up to par in my regular lettuce wrap dish, I was so grossed out by the cartilage I found in each bite I took. Seriously, 4 for 4. I’ll probably never return.

Food isn’t that great. I’ve been a few times and it kind of tastes like microwaveable dinner meals. :/Their sushi rolls are comparable to those you can purchase at Publix. I’m not a picky eater but the food here just isn’t great. Service is fast and the staff is attentive.

We love this Pei Wei. This is our after school snack spot. The kids meals are very reasonable priced and tgeir snickerdoodle cookies are probably the best I’ve had. We always take some to gom the service is very friendly but sometimes the kitchen sends out food all scattered that why I can only give 4 stars. Last time my kids were already eating dessert and I was still waiting for my delicious crunchy shrimp roll, which when it go there it exceeded my expectations of what pei wei sushi would be like. So good

Are you kidding me Pei Wei??? Ordered a Pei Wei spicy chicken to go… charged me $ 9!!! No veggies or sauce… totally dry. Epic fail on their part. I would have returned the meal had I not lived some distance away.

My boyfriend and I have ordered probably 100 times from here. And lately the food hasn’t been so great. We usually order the Mongolian beef, one with white rice and the other with fried. They’ve also been screwing up our order(white rice instead of fried, this has happened more than once, asked for extra sauce, never received it). The food doesn’t taste fresh as it has previous times. The customer service is okay. Prices okay, I just feel the quality of food is not the same. So I think our run with Pei Wei has officially come to an end. I do like their California Mango rolls which is supposed to come with the sauce and the first few times I ordered it, it did. However, now if you don’t ask for it they don’t include it with the rolls. This was so annoying the first time that I got home and realized I didn’t have the sauce.

One of my favorite lunch spots. During this visit one of my friends caught the eye of a waiter and he catered to our every need. That’s that customer service I like. I had the Kung Pao tofu and veggies with extra veggies(small) and I didn’t think it was going to be so much but let’s just say I needed a carry out container. I also had the Kung Pao shrimp topped California rolls(4). They were delicious. Gotta try them again.

Is this the place to go when craving authentic Chinese food? Of course not, but Pei Wei offers delicious food at a very good price point. My favorites would have to be their Pad Thai, Mongolian Beef, Kung Pao and Caramel Chicken. Their brown rice can be a bit undercooked at times, but it tastes much better once you throw in a spoonful of the chili sauce. Other than the tables being a bit dirty at times, there isn’t much I dislike about this location.

Horrible. Waited 20 mins for to go order. Got home it’s wrong. No extras that I paid for. Gave smaller size, paid for reg. tried calling store. No answer, then put on hold. Will decline the charge on my card and call corporate office. Sad a good place has got so bad.

I guess Pei Wei listened to my last request lol. Now they have smaller meals. My favorite dishes are the sweet and sour chicken and Pad Thai. We constantly order take out here at my job. Just sad that my coworker found a hair in her food. She refuses to eat here again. On the other hand, I returned and enjoy it thoroughly. I know one mistake isn’t going to hurt years of loyalty we’ve had to Pei Wei. I hope they try doing more email specials there hasn’t been one in awhile!!!

Service is such a rarity in the fast food industry that when a fast casual spot goes above and beyond to give you some sustenance, they deserve a shoutout! I stopped at PeiWei at 8:59:59 without remembering they closed at 9, starving after another marathon day at the office. Noticing the door locked, I figured I’ll have to starve(or drive to find another place to eat). The to-go cashier motions for me to come thru another door, and she says I can go ahead and place an order. I can even eat at the restaurant! My dinner consisted of a brown rice and extra teriyaki chicken bowl. The chicken was flavoful, and they didn’t skimp on the sauce either. Vegetables were fresh and not soggy, and the overall portion was generous. The rice was a little on the aldente side, but I enjoyed my dinner. Even though I took my time eating, I was not rushed. I ate on the kitchen bar, and the hostess even stopped by to check in on me. The service was definitely great and I plan to stop by again(at a normal time.)

It’s «alright.» The first thing I thought when I walked-in was, «oh a mini-P.F. Changs.» I had never been to this chain of restaurants before. The young man working behind the register saw me struggling to understand their menu, so, he took the time to walk to me and help me with my order. Even while already sitting down eating, I was approached several times, «do you need anything» or «can I get something for you» by different employees. Yeah, lack of customer service was not an issue here. What was the issue was their food. It is very generic and unimaginative. Today I had: * Sweet and Sour Spicy Chicken — They were so perfectly round and the same size that I was scared to eat them. They tasted like real chicken, though. It tasted good, though. I’ve just had better out there. * Fried Rice — I should have opted for white rice when he asked me. But, this being a Chinese-influenced restaurant, fried rice was a must. If you love ginger, you’ll love this here. I like ginger but, not that much. There was so much ginger in it that it wasn’t even pleasing to eat. The hard crunchy«thing?» I don’t even want to know what that was but it didn’t belong in fried rice. The miniscule sliced piece of a piece of a broccoli was just insulting. This was the worst interpretation of fried rice I’ve ever had. * Fried Crab Wonton — Highly recommended by the young man who took my order. They were very good. I enjoyed this more than the main dish. They were not, «OHMYGODHOWGREAT,» though. Would I be back here is the question. Maybe I will or maybe I won’t. There is a real Chinese Restaurant not too far from here. If I was in the area again and had to choose, I’d go for the other one. I came here today because I was in the area and wanted something new for lunch. «If» I was to come here again, I’d choose one of their noodles dishes. Just about everyone around me was having a bowl of something with noodles and it looked good. PLEASENOTE: This restaurant is not in Hialeah. It’s in Miami Lakes.

Pei Wei is ah-mazinggg. I go nearly every week. Best crab wontons I’ve ever tried so far. Sesame chicken, orange peel, and teriyaki are my fave. Sesame and orange peel are a little spicy to my taste but its still heaven in your MOUTHH! Im also obsessed with the wonton soup. YUM.

And, they did it again. Ordered at 6:47 and it is currently 7:40 and my wife’s food is not on the table. People are pissed many tables before us are also waiting for half their order. There is a guy in the kitchen screaming at everyone employee and freaking out. No apologize just a be patient answer when we ask. I am sure they will be losing clients fed up with this non sense. Corporate should really take a look at changing things around. Just because the store is profitable it does not mean it is being run the right way. It’s called location got you the good luck if success. However think about how much better you could do if you really cared about the client.
