I LOVE CHIPOTLE! This location is a real busy one, as it sits on a corner in the heart of Miami Lakes. Expect long lines during dinner times, 6pm-​8pm. They have online ordering if you’re in a rush and want your order ready for pick up. Just know that the times are in advance. So if it’s 5:00pm and you’re placing your order, the earliest time to pick up will be like 6:00pm. Just plan ahead of time! Regardless, all the staff is friendly and efficient. Sometimes they can be stingy with the amount of ingredients, but if you ask for a little more, they’ll give it to you!
I love how they have brown rice and tofu for the vegans. Their steak lately doesn’t taste as good as it used to be, but their chicken is still delicious. The guac is my all time favorite. Always delicious with a bag of chips!

The line moves pretty quick, and they have all organic ingredients. I wish chipotle had a bigger variety of meal options but at least the food is affordable. This location can get pretty busy during rush hour, but the employees are trained so the wait is manageable. As for this store location, I have no major complaints. It’s great service and the good food.

I received a free coupon from chipotle in their attempt to win back consumer trust… yet there was no line and I still waited 20 minutes for a chicken bowl. This chipotle prides itself on hiring incompetent high school students to run its restaurant. E. coli isn’t the problem, customer service is.

I live around the corner and this is unfortunately my go to chipotle spot. The food is what you’d expect from a Chipotle restaurant but the service is terrible. I have been to Chipotles across the street from a college campus at lunch time and seen lines move faster. I usually walk in with 3 people in front of me and it seems like it is a mission for them to get to everyone. I love the food but it is just a huge hassle.

I stopped going to this chipotle because of the new sweaty guy they just hired. This guy sweats so much (especially from his face) that one starts to worry about whether or not the beads of sweat are going to fall off his face and into your burrito or bowl. I endured it for a while, but the last straw was when I saw beads of sweat on his upper lip being sprayed every time he would speak… «White or brown rice?» *spray*, «black or pinto beans?» *spray*… Absolutely disgusting… It’s a shame; this is the chipotle that’s closer to my job… Until I hear or see that he is no longer working there I will be taking my business to other chipotle on 67th.

I’ve never had an issue before with Chipolet, love their salad! First time went to this location and they no gloves, picked my order and as I got to work there was meat in my salad and I ordered veggie salad:/

I’m hardly ever disappointed by this Chipotle. Even when they have long lines, it goes by pretty quickly. This time I ordered through the app and my order was correct. The only down fall is that they had no chips at the moment because the fryer is broken. Other than that, the food was delicious! :)

If you want to stay hungry, eat at this location. This Chipotle breaks my heart… and I’m quite the fan of Chipotle. Online orders that you place in advance are normally supposed to involve walking in and picking up. Yet, while I wait for someone to acknowledge me, the people who walked in at the same time as me (not online orders) were already sitting down and eating their food. The young man who helped me did try his best which is why there’s two stars instead of one. Once I got back and checked my order I noticed that I barely had any chicken, lettuce or beans… lol. I just had to laugh because how tf can you be stingy with lettuce???
Sticking to my usual location. The service and speed of the Chipotle near Pines and 75 is golden!

Ordered online about 30 minutes before pick-​up and picked up right on time. When we arrive to the office with our meals which is only 5 minutes from this Chipotle, our entire order was already cold, almost as if it has been sitting out for hours.

Everytime I come to this chipotle there is always a long line, however, they attend their clients pretty quickly. I work nearby, and this place is the friendliest to my pocket.
I usually order a chicken burrito, with brown rice, lettuce, tomato, and sometimes corn. Very tasty. The lettuce and tomato are always fresh, very important for me. They are always prepared to attend the next customer. Today was the first time I experienced them run out of an item. The person in front of me wanted white rice, and they didn’t have more, so they had to wait until the rice was ready, to get attended.
The employees seem OK. They quickly serve your food, to attend the next customer in line. The place itself seems clean, but I never usually stay to eat. I always order to take back to work.
Overall, I will continue to visit this location.

I can’t really say anything bad about chipotle but the fact that it is ALWAYS packed and its sooooo annoying! You literally will wait 30 minutes because of the line! And it’s really not the workers to blame but the indecisive idiots who take their sweet precious time to order!
Word to the wise: if you don’t know what you want to order move out of the way and let everyone else place theirs!

Unfortunately, this is my local Chipotle. Having lived in various areas, this Chipotle is by far the worst I have experienced. The customer service is poor at best. The service itself is the SLOWEST I have ever experienced. Multiple times after having waited in slow moving line, the cashier is nowhere to be found and has a line of multiple people to ring up… it’s like they do not enough employees at once.
Most Chipotle’s allow you to order online and choose a pick up time of 15-​minutes after you place an order… not this one! The wait time for this Chipotle is 30 minutes, and I have NEVER had my online order ready when I arrive… even 30 minutes later! If I wanted to wait in a long line to place an order, I wouldn’t have ordered online!
Pros: for the most part it is generally clean, and the food has always been up to par.

Just one question… where are the adults? We love the food and I’m sure this review won’t impact their business, but this place is staffed by kids who ignore customers and mess around. The «customer» in front of us was an employee. We had to wait for the“customer” to discuss her personal life with the order taker. After the discussion they had to hand a cup of soda back and forth to each other over the glass partition meant to protect the food. When we finally got to the register the «customer» wAs relating her personal life store to the cashier and 2 other employees. Where is the manager? The lobby needed cleaning and there was a line backing up behind us. The only thing that keeps us coming here is the food, but at this location the service is atrocious! Get some adults in here to improve your service!

Like any Chipotle fan, there aren’t many negative to say about them. If you come to chipotle you have to love Mexican food, well tacos or burritos because that is basically all they serve… LITERALLY!
Now as far as this actual location goes to show, it’s pretty good except for when they don’t have salsa, which is the reason I go there in the first place. I swear I eat it religiously and the one time that happened… let me tell you I was not a happy camper.
Anyways long story short, great food, great price and well its Chipotle, if you don’t agree then you aren’t a chipotle believer.

This place has always been great. Extremely close to my home and very convenient.
There’s usually a long line but not because employees are slow, but because people just love this place. I’ve never been upset about anything I have ordered and never have had it messed up. Employees are fast, efficient, and always provide good service. The food is always great, never under or overcooked. Atmosphere is great as well because it always looks clean and fresh with it’s great, modern design.
What’s keeping me from giving it 5 stars is just that sometimes, the area where you would get drinks, napkins, forks, spoons, etc. is a lot of the times understocked!

Waited 30 minutes in line only to be told that they ran out of rice and had to sit and wait another 10 minutes for the new rice to be ready. Really? How does a major restaurant run out of rice? This place needs a new manager that can manage!

Horrible terrible service!!! I asked for a bowl. Since I was taking it to go, I asked for them to give me the wet ingredients on the side so that when I eat my food it’s not soggy. I told the girl and she gooped on the sour cream. She passed it down to the next guy, I asked him if he could redo my plate. He did and he gave me HALF of what the girl gave me. I asked him if he could add a little bit more. He said it’d be an extra charge. He was talking back to me the whole time. I should have asked to speak to a manager for the service I was receiving but I didn’t because of the line behind me. It was horrible. I paid $ 8 for something that was served poorly.

My 3 tacos were a mess I ask for Carne no for red peppers and onions. 2nd time I try Chipotle and now I remember why I didn’t like it the first time.

This Chipotle is usually pretty good, but it does suffer from the usual problems most Chipotle’s have:
1) Under seasoned food from time to time
2) Over anxious cashiers that ring you up for the wrong order
3) Employees who try to give you small portions
They seem to be changing staff constantly lately so that hasn’t helped the speed or food quality. Overall though, I’d still give 4⁄5 because when it’s good, it’s GOOD.
