This was my favorite spot until they messed up a simple order which was a personal pizza with extra cheese. I called back and told the manager he immediately said I’m not refunding it I said sir I’m not asking for a refund I’m asking that you correct my order and deliver it to me for my inconvenience since I picked it up and already made it home. It always seems as if they are rushing the customers. Not that they have all the time in the world but customer service and building a rapport is beneficial in any business.

So they have this guy manager that would not give me his name telling me and arguing with me about the apartment number that I live in according to him my building does not pass 522 but I live in 527 how r u going to tell me where I live he literally argued with me about my address

The worst pizza place ever. Pizza was good but customer service is horrible! They cancelled my order and had me waiting more than 2 hours! Never again!

As I was driving to Papa John’s I called to place the order they put me on hold for 25 minutes I walked into the pizzeria while on hold to place the order. Nice right so of course I hung up. I placed my order in person and I have been waiting about 45 minutes for two large cheese pies. I know I’m on New York or New Jersey time but come on this is unreal. Am I the only one that thinks so. I am not even getting New York authentic pizza I’m getting Papa John pizza which is in my opinion kids pizza. I really just don’t get it and the time is about 10PM it’s not even dinner time rush time. That about wraps it up I guess I’ll be back after tasting pizza…

Obviously, these owner doesn’t care what the customers think. I went on their website and wrote a compliant about how they delivered me the wrong pizza. I ordered a pepperoni pizza, and got a plain cheese. I called them up, and the guy on the phone said he was sorry and that he would send out a new pizza. After 3 hours, the pizza never came, and Dominos was at my door with my order right. Even though I had paid twice for food, atleast I satisfied my hunger. The online compliant rep emailed me back and said a manager would contact me about this. Never got a call back, and I’m sorry, nothing. Also the manager should teach his workers, or the person making the pizza, to learn to wash their hands, and stop working the cashier and switching back to making pizza, because this causes people to feel shitty.(as I had witnessed in prior visits)

They’re ok. Never get the special instructions completely right. Had the driver lie and say that i canceled my order so he could go home. Will probably go there again, but definitely not delivery(45 – 60 minutes and I’m within a mile) and a $ 3 delivery fee is insane. The pizza is great, it’s the people that can suck from time to time.

First of all let me say that I love Papa John’s pizza, and there really is nothing wrong with the pizza at this particular Papa John’s. However, the service here was just bad. After ordering carryout over the internet and waiting the customary 15 to 20 minutes to leave my house, I found that they refused to even begin to make my pizza until I had walked in and paid. This resulted in me having to wait another 15 minutes. So I ended up eating my pizza about an hour after I had ordered it. Now I have had worse experiences, but it’s sad when you can’t take advantage of a service that an establishment is supposed to have available. What is the point of being able to order online and go pick up your pizza?
