It’s like going to your salty auntie’s house but she the best cook in the fam since grandma passed. So just be nice, pay your dues and gloat over your extra serving of mac and cheese and bigger piece of couch or cake. It’s about the food at Arline’s. Ego stroking is extra here, there will be no unnecessary smiling. She said thank you. So take that and shut up and eat. The Itis comes free of charge. Enjoy!

Service is terrible but they are nice and polite. All of the fried food is awesome, the fried conch and fried shrimp are worth the price. If u want something other than fried food, this is not the place for you. I ordered grilled fish and after 45 minutes of waiting for my food… it was horrible. The fish still had scales on it and my pigeon peas and rice was terrible. The collared greens was ok but overall I was totally disappointed after paying $ 14.99 for my dinner only to get home and find out how bad it was. I have eaten here before and this was the first time I was disappointed. Like I said the fried food is awesome but this was the first time I ordered something besides fried conch or shrimp or chicken.

Came here with a friend and all I can say is it’s amazing! I had the waffles and chicken. It’s a mom and pop restaurant. I definitely would come back. Very decent prices. Only had three wings and one waffle. However the price ranges from $ 4-​$ 12 per plate. This place is truly underrated. The customer service is friendly and makes you feel at home.

Great home cooked taste! Went here on a whim and left super satisfied! Great service and even better tasting food can’t beat that!

Breakfast went as planned with just a few errors I ordered the double pork chop sandwich with lettuce tomatoes onions and mayo… Let’s just say they got the pork chops. I usually get the fried chicken and waffles here but today I was in the mood for a breakfast sandwich something I had been craving for a while.

I went to Arline’s with my friend’s family. She had heard good things about it, but never been. Wegot there around 6pm on a Saturday and were the only customers. Had we arrived earlier, it would have been a different story. My friend’s husband’s barber is nextdoor to Arline’s, and she says that whenever she’s gone with him to his barber appointments, there were so many people waiting for a table that they spilled outside and up and down the sidewalk.
The food vastly lived up to expectations. The serving sizes were large, the food was not overly greasy, it was cooked to perfection and so very fresh. They even have healthy options, like buckwheat waffles. We ordered chicken and waffles, fried conch, potatoes and parsely, wingettes, fried snapper, and fried ochra. Even the ice tea/​lemonade was worth «writing home» about.
I’ve read reviews criticizing the service, but our waitress was fantastic. Truly.
Waiting time for food? Totally reasonable considering the work that goes into cooking it and the quality of the end product. They were out of a number of items by the time we’d gotten there because of how busy they’d been earlier and because everything is homemade, but that just gives me an excuse to go back.
Arline’s Soul & Seafood Restaurant is one of the best soul/​seafood restaurants I’e been to in Miami.

Listen to me, are you listening? the food is good. It’s inside of a plaza and it sits right next to a dance studio. I usually get the corn beef hash with cheese grits, eggs and toast. On Sundays make sure you get here early because there will be a lot of people coming church. It’s a sort of small dining area but it gets the job done.

A lil pricey (my opinion) but the food was decent. Conch was tender, did not like the parsley potatoes (it was just all wrong) Fries very average. Conch salad was good (made when ordered), I’ve only done take out the 3X’s I patronized. However, since then I have found other local Caribbean Restaurants that satisfied my cravings and pockets.

If I could give them a zero I would. I ordered the conch and fries, meatloaf, peas and rice, and string beans. So for the conch & fries no seasonings on the conch sorta tender, but flavorless the fries were not seasoned, who can mess up fries… smh For the meatloaf wtf it looked terrible so I went ahead and tasted it and it was terrible it tasted like it was canned yuck, the peas & rice tasted like peas, the rice undercooked just plain nasty, the string beans was like it was taken out of a can and put on the plate, yuck! I will never ever ever ever (in my Chris Tucker voice) go back there again smh. Sad soul food restaurant.

I went to check out Arline’s because I’ve heard a bit of hype about this soul food spot, so I wanted to go and check it out. I must say, I am sure there is a whole in the wall somewhere with better food and waaaaay better pricing! I got a catfish dinner, I could’ve made it better at my home. Though it was crispy and made fresh to order, 2 pieces of fish (for 9.99 w/​o a side) and French fries was not worth $ 11. ALL OF THEIR PRICES AS INFLATED SEVERELY. I mean, it is a restaurant but it’s prices don’t reflect atmosphere or food quality. I won’t be frequenting Arline’s, not worth my dollars. I didn’t have any customer service issues, the service was normal as a takeout place would be. It actually seemed that more people ordered food to go over sitting there and eating… But like I said, the atmosphere is blah so that is no surprise to me.

Stop by for lunch and the service was horrible. We had a taste for soul food. I just can’t get over the horrible service. Hot chicken wings (a little hairy), but good. We also ordered fried dolphin fingers and talapia. I was given an ¹⁄₈ stick of butter with my grits.
All in all, I won’t write my mom about this spot. They need to focus on customer service!!!

Arline’s is a great Restaurant with quality food and a great staff. Food is always fresh. Try there seafood.
