La ropa me encanta, pero el Customer service malisimo!!! Largas colas para pagar!!! TODO EL TIEMPO, deben abrir más cajeros. No existen carros para llevar la mercancía, tienes que estar con la ropa encima. Se necesita xs y xss en pantalones de vestir y shorts

Amo Zara, pero este local es una mierda por la atención del personal: te miran MUY mal cuando sacás pantalones de las pilas (porque después los tienen que acomodar, o sea, su trabajo).
Las personas que hablan español son pocas, además.
Todo el espíritu de Zara se arruina con estos detalles.

This is a pretty standard Zara. Women’s section is downstairs and men’s/children’s department are upstairs.
Large store with lots of merchandise. Conveniently located smack dab in the middle of the action on Lincoln Road.
I’m only giving this particular Zara location 3 stars because it gets SO CROWDED. There can be long lines for checkout and fitting rooms, so shopping here can at times be unpleasant. Also the staff could work on being more attentive/​courteous/​friendly towards shoppers. No scowls or eye rolls please :)

Customer service is lack there of. I never was greeted or asked if I was finding everything ok. I shopped and waited at the register. Many employees seen me and never spoke or informed me of anything. I have asked for a manager, however it took over 5 mins to even get them to come out. The manager came out and I asked for his name. HIM stated his name is confidential. He stated he can only give his employee number 212 355. Where they do that at? I would not be back or spend any money at this location.

Be warned that using your credit card here may put a fraud alert on it. It happened to a French speaking man in front of us, .to us with 2 different cards and the person next to us, but the establishment still didn’t didn’t see the common problem which is their store. They said this happens a lot, but they are not fixing their computer system.

Hands down HORRIBLE SERVICE! The employees wanted nothing but to leave. Didn’t let me try something on in the dressing room five minutes BEFORE closing. As a business person myself, if I were manager I would fire all of them. It’s like if asking them a question is bothersome for them. First and LAST time that I visit this Zara. Completely ruined my great mood of being in south beach :(

I have been there more than 4 times and always the same situation, a complete lack of interest from the Men’s department staff, they see you entering the area and don’t greet you, not even smile or something. if you need some assistance you need to follow them, Today an associate was literally next to me when I was looking for something and he doesn’t even make eye contact or say hello, I mean is Basic education. it seems they think they are making you a favor to letting you shopping around there. today I was interested in a couple things but because of the lack of customer service and attention I walked out. seriously need to change that soon.

I don’t get the bad reviews. This location is convenient with 2 floors and lot of items. Service is average but I understand. When people are going to realize that these sales associate get paid $ 11 hour. They do what they can. Don’t expect to much from them

9:57 am. Walk into Zara. 9:58 am. Am told to leave and have to wait 5 minutes before I can come in. Shocked, I asked if the man who told me i had to leave if he was serious, he says «yes, you need to leave» practically pushed me out the door and locks it behind me. The store hours on the door state they «open» at 10 and at this point it’s 9:59. To top it off it’s raining.
I have been to Zaras all over the world and I have never been treated with such disrespect. I live in Miami Beach and I will never return to this Zara.

This Zara is brand new just opened up less than a month ago. After reading the first review I was had to jump in and give this store more stars.
I have been here twice already thanks to my wife shopping online and choosing the pick up at store options. Hey if it saves me time and the against of going shopping, I’m all for it!
Anyways both times the team at the register have been attentive and provided great customer service skills.
I do have to state that the employees are learning the ropes and can seem a little lost but that’s not a reason to bash them. They will get it together just like any other job.
