We just stayed there on New Year’s Eve night. When we walked in we saw a bug on the bed. Throughout the next two hours we spotted knats all over the counter, bathroom and walls. There were also ants crawling in the bathroom. To ‘fix’ the problem, they sprayed chemicals all over the room while we were there. They said we would be fine to sleep there breathing chemicals all night. It then took an hour and a half to get our car from valet. The only good thing about this place was the location and the mini fridge. Pick somewhere else to stay!

Great little hotel right in the middle of south beach. Two blocks from the beach, one block from Walgreens and short walk to great restaurants, bars and clubs. Pros: clean, ample rooms with all the necessary amenities. Breakfast, beach chairs, beach towels and umbrellas included. They have a closet on the first floor that’s just open and has all the beach equipment — very relaxed about taking it and returning. Cons: honestly, the most annoying thing was that our room(#15) had no wifi. There was a router in the room that’s attached to the wall but it was not plugged into a power source. We asked several times but they didn’t seem to care about fixing it. The free breakfast is just fruit, coffee, and honey buns.

Renovated hotel. Cute, clean!.. Smelled good! Two floors no elevator. Convenient to everything, the beach, shops, and plenty of food near the area. Rooms are not extremely big!.. They are ’boutique’ style. We stayed 3 nights and every morning they would room service us, which was nice to come back to a made up bed, refreshed towels and linens. Breakfast was minimal. Coffee, tea. SunnyD oj, and flavored honey buns. Weekend front desk lady could have been nicer, and told us about public parking for $ 16, instead she only told us about valet for $ 30. Still a good price but would have been nice to know all the options. Overall clean and kept up place, we enjoyed it and made for a comfortable stay.

Cute boutique hotel but not so boutique attitude, Front desk lady is not so friendly. The waiting area is cute and only two levels with no elevators, so if you have heavy luggage, good luck ! It is so convenient to ocean drive, Lincoln road shopping area as well as dining. Price is super cheap for this location and hotel. They have valet option to park overnight for $ 30 or public parking garage is $ 16…Love, I would stay here again if I come to south beach on my next vacation.

When it comes to hotels I’m super picky. When my girlfriend booked this hotel i was kind of ehhh about it due to the previous ratings before when they were called Delores Hotel but now with new management and the remodeling I was EXTREMELYHAPPY that we stayed at The Odyssey were you’re close to everything like the beach, clubs, restaurant, you name it. HOTEL was clean and smelled good Rooms were clean and very nice Staff are extremely friendly Definitely booking here again when I come back next year
