Scamming tourists. I checked into my hotel and found they don’t have hairdryers. I’m a hairdresser myself so only needed to be able to have my hair washed and dried off as I style it myself. I went to supercuts and was quoted $ 80 for a shampoo and dry? Not even blow waved, just dried with a hairdryer. Total rip off. Bought a hairdryer from Rickys for $ 28!

Miss Kendra was wonderful! I went in looking like a cave girl & came out feeling like a movie star. She took her time cutting & styling, so I felt like a truly valued customer. Being a tourist, I asked for some local recommendations. She & Miss Lysa were so friendly & helpful! They gave me multiple suggestions & made me feel right at home. Really great experience, appreciate both of them.

Rushed service, unfriendly hair dressers and it goes so on. They don’t take their time with you. They don’t try to build a future«relationship» with you. They treat you like they anyways only see you once in their life. My haircut came out ok. But I won’t go there anymore.

5 Stars for Louis! I have hair that is notoriously hard to cut. Louis has a steady hand and does a great precision cut. I have been coming to him exclusively for over a year. 17 bucks is a great deal. Best barber in Miami Beach, ya heard?

worse place to get your hair done! who puts conditioner as if it were shampoo on a woman’s long hair?! Who blows out a latin womans hair with a little brush and doesn’t work the hair from root to tip to make it straight, shinny and not puffy?! ANIDIOTTHAT’S WHO!!! It’s so dissapointing to go to a place FULL of «professionals» and have such a bad experience… So much for being lazy and not wanting to do it myself… do yourself a favor and just go home and do it… I promise it will look way better and you’ll be $ 35 richer… NEVERGOINGBACK !!!

yeah, like above gave very specific instructions on a very easy haircut(i’m a guy and i get a buzz). pretty crappy and uneven around my ears, and despite specific instructions with illustration with my hands of what I wanted and DIDNOT want totally messed up the front of my hair(rocking a straight line across my forehead like a 6yo). basically i’m 33 and walking around with a helmet of hair(*an uneven helmet of hair). desperately looking for a place to fix it now. totally cute girl at work i was planning on running into at work tomorrow as well. do not risk it here. as an exception i got a haircut here previously once from an older woman(i think her name was maria) that was really great which is why i returned. however unless she’s there, i wouldn’t try this place.

I went here for a spur of the moment cut and blowdry, thinking I’d save a few bucks because it’s Supercuts… Well, it cost me $ 75(and I have really fine hair) and they put so much weird, cheap product in it –my stylist wouldn’t lay off of the«Big Sexy Hair» and, mind you, this was 11am, and I was going to an interview(which I told him about) Should have totally gone to my salon, which would have cost the same amount and wouldn’t have turned me into Tammy Faye Baker– yikes!

I admit it, I’ve always liked Supercuts, even though it’s the ‘Wal-Mart of hairdressers’. Walk in and get the job done for 15 bucks.
