I’m a property manager in Miami and we rent 8 properties for vacation in the South Beach area. We have cleanings on a daily basis.
South Beach Cleaning does a terrific job. We’re extremely happy with their services, reviews from our guests are great, the cleanings are hotel-​like, the presentation of the properties is impeccable.

I usually ask for word of mouth referrals for cleaning services, but since my move to Miami Beach, I wasn’t having a lot of luck with that so i decided to pick South Beach cleaning in an online search. I was connected directly with the owner Evan, who was excellent in explaining exactly what the company offered in terms of tiered services and pricing and that first step was to have the full deep clean and then discuss what type of service to pursue next. I prefer to have the same person come each time and I truly felt like Evan matched the perfect cleaner to me and what I was looking for. Maria is excellent, and I am sure the rest of his staff are the same. She brings everything necessary with her for the cleaning (although I suggested she use my larger vacuum cleaner instead of bringing hers with her each time). The company has excellent communication and if there are any changes or issues that are quick to get in touch and respond to my calls. Its also just great piece of mind to be using a professional company to facilitate the cleaning service.

Great cleaning service at a great price. They will leave your place feeling brand new. I would recommend using this service to all.
