SoFi Salon and Spa

… a newcomer to Sofi Salon & Spa is
‘A Sugaring Spa’, located inside Sofi Salon. I was delighted to
receive a mani/​pedi in a private, relaxing, very clean setting which
focuses on results, not just pretty paint. The proprietor, Renee, is
result driven, extremely knowledgable and wants the best for her
clients. I found my place!

This place is awsome! Great service and great transformation. I went in with damaged hair and no idea how to fix it. They were able to correct it and make my hair look healthy again. I will never let another stylist touch my hair aftetr the amazing job they did.
Every one is super friendly and always willing to give you a true recommendation.

I have had my hair cut in many barber shops and salons through out Miami over the last 39 years. I have never come across a more professional business then this Salon and Spa. The owner Jessalyn (whom cuts and styles my hair) is absolutely amazing. She is always on point with what your needs are, what new styles or trends might suit you.
The entire staff is one of the most attentive groups of individuals you will ever come across. Everyone always has a smile on their face. The moment you enter Michelle the front desk manager greets you with a bright smile and a hearty hello and gets you started on what will be an elegant and relaxing hair and/​or spa appointment.
You must also make time to experience some of their outstanding services (manicure, facial, waxing, etc.). Treating yourself to a full spa day here will be the best gift you can give your self, especially with the holiday coming up.

I just moved to Miami from California and was skeptical about letting anyone else touch my hair. My natural hair color is very dark brown (almost black) and my hair does NOT process well. However, I decided to give this place a try since I had heard great things about it from friends! I am SO happy I did!!! This salon is very easy to find, clean, and the staff is very knowledgable about their different products. In other words, these people KNOW what they are doing! I was greeted immediately by the front desk staff, and even being 30 min early for my appointment I was sat down with Natalia who was going to be doing my hair. She was very friendly, and told me about everything she was doing and using on my hair. My hair had faded from a blonde/​brown to an orange color and she didn’t let me down, my hair looks better than it ever has before! I was so impressed with my visit with this salon, that I decided to get a manicure as well. I LOVED it! I instantly made the decision that this would be my go-​to salon from now on. Can’t wait to try their facials! Highly recommended!

We love all the staff at Sofi Salon! So friendly and sincere they always go over the top to please their clients! I love the facials and nails especially! They are outstanding!

Really disappointing. I made an appointment for Pablo on January 7^th for March 1^st, and am in Miami for the first time in 5 years (the last time Pablo cut my hair). Well apparently that is too far in advance, and they lost the appointment. So I travel into Miami beach and he’s not there. Furthermore, I can’t find a place to cut or blow out my hair before dinner tonight either.

If I could sum up my 5 star review in one word it would be: Erin!
Erin gives the most amazing facials and microdermabrasions I have ever had. She is a fantastic aesthetician. I started seeing her in 2007 and have never been disappointed. Even when I moved to Washington, D.C. and Delray Beach for a few years, I would still schedule facials with Erin when I came in town to see my family because I could not find anyone like her in other towns.
She knows how to give a truly amazing facial… from cleansing to steaming to shoulder massages to extractions (she does them by hand instead of that metal tool so there are no broken capillaries) to masks and moisturizing. My skin is so much better after seeing her. Also, so does a GREAT microdermabrasion. I am really picky about microderm and have been disappointed at other places because they don’t turn the machine up enough to make a difference, but Erin is great at selecting the right level and removing any dead skin buildup.
In addition to being great at her job, she is such a sweet person. I look forward to talking to her during my facials because she is so positive and warm. Also, she introduced to me to Eminence products, which she uses in her facials. She knows the product line so well and has recommended some products to me that have really made a difference with my skin. I don’t often give 5 star reviews, but giving Erin this rating is a no-​brainer and truly deserved!
Tips: free parking is usually available just south of the salon, but there is also reasonable valet service if you prefer that. Also, they take credit cards for services, but tips are cash only. If you forget cash, there is an ATM in the convenience store next door. I know front desk people usually don’t get «reviewed,» but Mary is so kind and genuine. She is so great at scheduling for exactly what you need and so attentive when you arrive.

When you go, ask for Pablo! I followed Pablo here from another salon that pales in comparison. This place is fantastic and truly fits his level of work. It’s just right over the MacAurthur so there’s no bother with going through SoBe, you can park in the back for free, it’s right next to a bar (Montys)…need I say more? The space is truly pretty and clean, they even have a cool barbershop area — I’m thinking it might make for a good gift for the hubby. Pablo is amazing and whacky guy and men, you won’t be disappointed by the girl at the front desk that serves you wine and coffee in funky glasses.

I love this place. The atmosphere was great as soon as I walked in. My facial was a great experience as well all rhe products smelled like fruit and the mask was a real mask with 14kt gold in it.
Erin is awesome! A high recommendation.
