Been ordering from here for a while but its sunk to a new low. Ordered a bunch of flowers that cost over a $ 100 and I think they stole them from someones graveside who died a while ago. Not only was delivery tardy but the flowers were pathetically limp, badly arranged and almost immediately began to wilt, like this businesses reputation(in my mind). In short avoid… a previous order was entirely forgotten about. Bad!!!

i ordered flowers online and received email confirmation they would deliver. They never delivered. i emailed and email was not answered. Their phone message was that they had closed for the holidays. when i finally got someone on the phone, she stated they randomly«cancelled orders because of the holiday» they then lied and stated they emailed this info to me. The smashed the phone on my ear when i told them their business practices were bad. terrible, awful company — do not waste your time. i don’t even know if they are a real business — would have given negative stars if it was an option — HORRIBLE!

DONOTUSETHISFLORIST!!! I ordered a bouquet that is pictured on their website for a special occasion for a loved one. My loved one sent me a photo of the flowers once she received them and I was blown away at how bad it was. First it looked like half of the amount of flowers that were supposed to be in there. The flowers did not look pretty at all. There was more greenery and filler in there than anything else. But every company makes mistakes. I called to talk to them about it and the nightmare began. I first talked to Adrian. He said he was sorry and he would call me back later that afternoon. He didn’t. I called a couple days later. He said he would speak to the manager and call me back. He never did. Then I spoke with a woman named Sonia. She seemed nice and said she would speak to the owner and get back to me. She never did. I called back. She said she would try to get my money back for me and then she’d call me back. She never did. I called again and she said she was going to give me 25% of my money back. I told her that wasn’t acceptable. She said she’d call me back. Guess what, she didn’t. I called again and she said she was going to give me a full discount. I checked my bank acct for a week and no refund was issued. I called back, she then informed me that the owner would not give me the refund that she had already agreed to. They only gave me a store credit. After 14 phone calls from my end, I still didn’t have a fair resolution. Their customer service is unacceptable. I wasted hours of my life dealing with this horrible company. Save yourself the time and order flowers elsewhere.

This business never answers their phone, takes an inordinate amount of time to answer e-mails, and is completely confused. I will NEVER use this florist again. I wish I had read further down the ratings because if I had, I would not have used this florist. STAYAWAY from this business. They are completely unreliable and unresponsive.

Ordered Flowers at 1030 am. It is now 445pm and no flowers have been delivered. The flowers were being sent to an office building roughly 6 – 7 blocks from the location of the shop. I have been calling the company for the last 30 mins and no one answers. What company doesn’t answer it’s phone at 430 on a work day ? I picked this company because i had really screwed up and needed to send flowers same day. I picked a company within walking distance of where they needed to be delivered. I even called the owner after I made my order to make sure everything would go without a hitch today. Instead of sending the«sorry» I was supposed to send. I have instead had anxiety all day waiting and waiting on this order. And the person mad at me is still mad at me for another day . Thanks a lot Season’s Flowers. I know for sure where I am not making my next flower delivery from . so mad i want to kick a puppy . to top it all off. they already charged my card. so Now I have to deal with getting a refund. What should have been an easy thing has turned into a nightmare for me. *Update. I upgraded my review. because the flowers did come. and they were beautiful. I just really wish it wasn’t at the zero hour. Again the flowers were beautiful.
