Management is not really qualified they have nonlicensed electricians do electrical work it’s a bit scary never had follow through with anything of ever asked And I’ve lived here almost 4 years …,

Aside from the great location — 10 minutes from Lincoln Road and South Beach, plus restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies and bars within walking distance — the Seacoast also has the friendliest staff imaginable, from valet to security and maintenance to management. It’s also nice to have someone to receive your packages while you’re away.
There’s a true sense of community built with the holiday BBQs and frequent updates/​notices on what’s going on throughout the building. It has an on-​site restaurant, pool, BBQ area, gym and marina/​docks. Apartments are well-​sized and mostly updated, with monthly pest control included. Neighbors are friendly and range in age, and almost everyone has a dog!
