Daniel answered all my questions quickly and performed all he promised even faster then originally planned.
We had been looking for a mac service provider to let us know some of the fastest ways to expend our business with a streamlined approach.
We had even called one of our friend and the prices he quoted us were more then double what Daniel offered out of the gate.
(We were sad about that but you live and you learn)
One of the things we needed most were faster computers without necessarily having to purchase new computers.
Daniel was confident and knowledgable.
He let us know exactly what was recommended by apple in order to expand the ram in one of our employees laptops as well as suggesting a solid state drive upgrade.
This literally more then tripled the speed of the computer.
He didn’t try to up sell us at all.
He sent us the Amazon links for each of the items we needed to purchase and they were in fact the lowest prices that I had seen online.
We ordered them and had them in 2 days.
He had everything transferred and installed the same day we dropped them off and the computer is better then new.
We will all be going back to Escobar solutions for computer ram and hard drive upgrades.

The Apple Certified guys at Escobar Solutions made sure my business was setup the right way from the get-​go with Lightspeed Retail (a Mac/​Cloud based point of sale) for my store. they helped me find a web programer that coded a website to my specifications and now I’m finishing the project with a working system that said me hours of trying to figure it out on my own using google.

If you have a problem with your Mac or Apple device and your Apple Care is up or the Apple Store on Lincoln Road Mall is too much of a zoo to help – THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO.
My MacBook’s hard drive crashed on a Tuesday night, and by the end of the work day Wednesday, the hard drive was replaced (with a bigger hard drive than I originally had) with speed and grace. I never thought dealing with tech folks, especially during a tech «emergency» could be a pleasure. These people are a pleasure.
The business is set up in a cute little «suite» on the back side of the Sunset Harbor condo building and yacht club. (Either walk along the back boardwalk from the public parking lot on Purdy Ave., or else valet your car [they validate!] and walk though the center arcade between the two sides of Sunset Harbor and turn right.) It’s a little operation, helmed by former Apple Store employees, and all of them: Gonzalo, Valeria, and Daniel are so sweet and helpful. .. and they genuinely want to help. (It’s like Opposite Day, as far as most Miami service is concerned.)
The service was prompt, up-​front, and communicative. They let me know where they were with the repair every step of the way. And, remember: they did it all in one day! Gonzalo called me at one point to let me know he needed to replace another part, in addition to the hard drive, in order to get my machine up and running again – and I feared the worst. I asked him, «How much?» He sheepishly said it’d cost $ 20. I was never so happy to hear that I needed to pay $ 20. I expected much, much more.
All in all, in less than 24 hours, my digital life was restored (thankfully I had a Time Machine backup, so they didn’t have to do any data recovery) for $ 250. Small price to pay, since I depend on my computer daily for work and for my personal life (to, you know, Unilocal and stuff!). I would recommend these guys without hesitation for any tech needs.
Miami needs more service up to this standard! They’re AWESOME.
