I have to say that dealing with Mr. Appliance was the most unprofessional experience of my life .I can’t believe they are still in business. They came to diagnose my Miele dishwasher and said it needed replacing, which cost me over $ 100. I spent 5 months trying to get them to sell me a dishwasher and would call every day and they would say ‚’ my supervisor will call u back’ ‘I will email details etc ’ They never did anything and refused to get back to me, although they always kept me on the hook and assured me it would be taken care of .I only kept trying with them because they promised a discount on the unit and said they would apply the $ 100, I had spent on service towards the purchase. They are braindead scam artists. I finally called Miele direct and they were able to fix over the phone for free in 20 min… DONOT use Mr. Appliance is my advice.

I only gave them one star because I had to so as to initiate this review. One word? HORRIBLE! The initial call was handle within 2 days, true. But when less than 60 days later the same problem arose, I contacted them for return visit and it was scheduled THREETIMES! They have a book of excuses they will throw at you. Bottom line, the repair they made was not necessary and they did not honor their so called«warranty» they gave. Stay away, far, far, away from this firm! R

I called this company beacause my MIELE dishwasher was not working anymore They send someone who said that they need to order a part to replace it on my dishwasher and that it will take 5 business day. The total cost was 449.27 dollars I had to pay 200 dollars to order the part After a week since I didn’t hear from them I called them back They explained to me that they had to order the part back to Europe… After a month and calling them a thousand times I decided to call MIELE directly. over the phone, they explained to me how to reset my dishwasher And now it is working perfectly… It took about 20 mn over the phone and it was free I should have called them directly First they lied to me about the repairs An d now I have to fight for them to give my money back It’s the most unprofessional company I have ever met ‘
