I live in Miami Beach and can always count on these bike nerds for some good advice or maybe just a thorough bike check-​up. The small shop is well stocked with all sorts of supplies and if you don’t see what you need they can probably get it in a day or two. It’s a place where you can get a quick adjust or maybe just borrow a pump without hassles like some of the more snooty bike shops in the area.

This place roxx. It’s a tiny shop that specializes in fixed gear bikes (one gear, no freewheel, no breaks). Fixed gear is all the rage these days. I don’t think I would ever ride a fixed gear bike in the city. Way to crazy and dangerous. But this place sells all sorts of high end components, so you can upgrade your existing bike. Or build one here.
The ultra minimal bikes they sell are a work of art, in my mind. Check them out. They also rent cruisers for the beach and stock all sorts of accessories.
