Eleventh Street Diner

We had the Argentina Skirt Steak. Cooked to perfection, seasoned well and juicy! The Cajun burger was HUGE, spicy, topped with sausage and the sauce was delicious. The service was friendly, quick and attentive.

Wow! The Argentinian skirt steak is mind blowing! I know it is breakfast time but I wanted to try it… so Isis home fries with it and one egg on the side! Btw the bacon rocks too… my husband had it.

Coming from a person who owns/​manages/​works in clubs/​restaurants/​bars/​cafes for 20 years, these guys are Amazing! 3 weeks in Miami for work and I can call this joint my local! It’s a diner, so the vibe is chilled, warm, friendly (not pretentious) and kickass tunes to boot! The food I should say is the kind where it will hit you at the right spot! The service on the other hand… is IMMACULATE! Mad props to Asia, the waitress! Love her attitude everytime when I walked in and the quality of service she gives is astounding! My last day in Miami would be tomorrow but will have my last meal here fo sho before I leave! Keep up the good work guys and Asia, if you reading this… you are more then welcome to come and join my team, anytime!

Saw it was recommended by DDD from Guy Fieri on Food network had to stop by for the skirt steak. Was amazing can’t even describe how juicy and flavorful it was with the chimmichi. The conch fritters were good too. Thought it would have more conch though. Our server was attentive and friendly and even another server noticed we needed napkins and took it upon herself to randomly drop us a few. Great place literally wanted to try everything on the menu. Check it out. You won’t regret it.

Food and service were speedy. The Grand Marnier French toast was delicious, my husband’s eggs were perfect, and the coffee was delicious.
I even managed to accidentally fling a sausage on the floor. It was replaced quickly and with a smile. (And with much giggling on our part…)

I had breakfast here this past weekend and it was outstanding. Some of the best pancakes I’ve ever had!

This was my first time at the 11^th street diner and I have to say… Very good. we had just finished filling out a police report after my wallet was stolen at LIV and this really lifted my sprits, along with my company.(; Our waiter/​bartender was amazing. Made me feel super comfortable. Our drink was the Mai Mai. Strong/​sweet but didn’t have a harsh Bacardi taste. I recommend this diner. Enjoy !!

We were looking forward to trying the Diners, Drive Ins and Dive spot. We arrived for a Sunday brunch and the wait was only 5 minutes. The food was very good and the menu was impressive with the number of options. The service was ok, but inattentive when it came to water and coffee refills. The pricing was the standard elevated South Beach pricing with an 18% tip built in.

From the outside (well inside too) it looks like an old diner. Décor was not spectacular, but the food definitely was! The coffee was smooth and fresh. The food was obviously made to order. I had the South Beach Breakfast and ate every drop. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

We went for lunch.
The service was friendly and we got seated right away.
We had a pulled pork sandwich and a jamon jamon sandwich. The side is chips unless you substitute it. The sandwiches were okay but nothing out of the ordinary.

I did a Google search and found this diner which was two blocks from my hotel. After getting ripped off at Baguette on Ocean Drive the morning previous, all I wanted was a decent breakfast, at a decent price. The diner was a bit crowded, I took no issue with that. We were eventually seated and I had eggs and grits. I was more than happy with my breakfast and will patronize their establishment on my next visit to Miami.

The staff here is a lot of fun. They all seem to be great team players with great attitudes.
They make amazing Moscow mules! Fantastic for my hangover. lol.
I come here all the time and the service is very good and a lot of nice people. I am not happy about giving ONE bad review about this place but the new manager needs to lighten up on her AMAZING staff and also remember that if she keeps being unprofessional and yelling at her staff IN FRONT of Clients then REVIEWS like this will happen. I don’t remember her name but if I did, I would write it. Please New Manager… READ a Management book on Leadership and RESPECT… and learn how to be a professional adult. ONLY children yell and throw temper tantrums. I hope you learn your lesson and are embarrassed with this review. The way you embarrassed a few of my favorite staff members that do a GREAT job is unacceptable.

This review is only for the milkshakes — I got a marshmallow double chocolate milkshake and it was the best milkshake I’d ever had. Amazingly delicious.

Was there around 4am was really one of the only options as my favorite sandwich place ran out of bread 4am??? Had to go somewhere nearby. Small place loud drunk and obnoxious crowd kind of what u expect. Sat at the bar area. We ordered coffee and a Cuban sandwich. Cuban sandwich came out with no mustard and no pickles? What kind of Cuban sandwich was that? We said something and they made us another one. Sandwich was not what u expect our of Cuban sandwich. It was somewhat not hot and ham tasted cold, pork was not what you want out of Cuban sandwich. Fries were ok But did not finish the sandwich. I would not recommend but again only went there just because la sandwichere did not have bread!

They are only getting 4 stars instead of 5 cause they’re a diner and should be open 24 hours… when it tastes good at 9pm, just imagine how good it would taste at 3 am after a nite of drinking! My only complaint is it closes at midnight… hours before the bars close!

If you are in S. Beach, this place is a must visit. After a long night of hanging out, we ended up here ready to eat. We must’ve walked in right before 6:30am because the waitress advised us to wait a few minutes so the menu would change back to the morning menu. It seems the late night menu is priced $ 2-​$ 3 higher on some items than the morning menu. Since we were so close to that cut off, we just waited. Traditional breakfast food isn’t that appealing to me so I ordered the chipotle chicken sandwich and opted for the side salad instead of getting fries. It was delicious!!! The chicken was fried perfectly and the chipotle sauce was very complementary. As for my friend’s food, I don’t know if it was as tasty as mine, but I’m sure it was since both of our plates were clean by the time the bill came around. Check it out!

Der Diner liegt in der Nähe zum berühmten Ocean Drive und bietet 50er Jahre Feeling mit entsprechendem Essen. Der Service war sehr freundlich und hat sehr gut bei der Auswahl lokaler Biere geholfen. Bestellt wurden auch Burger, die ohne Soße kommen und man entsprechend Ketchup auf seinen Burger machen muss. Die Preise sind trotz der Nähe zu Touristenmagneten noch in angemessenem Rahmen. Hier kann man gut und typisch amerikanisch essen.

I am not one to go out of my way to post reviews, but the True Diner Feel, Warm Welcome, GREAT SERVICE & the BEST FRENCH TOAST I have ever had, earned the 11^th Street Diner 5-​STARS from me!
This is OBVIOUSLY a family-​owned and operated diner… Smiles and frienlyness from all (the guy bussing tables, servers & kitchen staff)!
As a side note… Parking was easy to find and only a couple of dollars.

We both order french toast my husband enjoyed his food but, me on the other hand didn’t my fresh strawberries &bananas tasted like onions! The 18% gratuity is already included in your bill, which the server didn’t deserve. The bacon was too salty. Our waiter spoke very little English, so was hard to tell him what we wanted it, it seem like once our food came out he forgot about us.
I don’t know if I’ll be back also they’re on diner, drive-​in and dives and this was a hit n miss.

Gratuity is automatically included; whether you’re dining solo or with a group so don;t be surprised.
The diner is my go-​to because they make my meals just as I request. The are open ²⁴⁄₇ and the customer service is unbeatable.
Portions are large and the coffee is great.

We came here for an early dinner. Didn’t want anything fancy, just something easy chewed.
We had the ceasar burger and crab cake sandwich. Fries were plenty and really enough to share if you are not superhungry and really want the carbs. Both dishes were ok. I ordered the burger medium-​well and it came out well (no pink at all). Still good but a bit dry. Go for medium, I guess.
Servers are friendly and service was fast. A bit hot inside — not as cool as many other places. Booths are a bit cramped if you are not petite.
They DO NOT accept AMEX.

Véritable diner américain, brunch, breakfast, dîner, déj, décoration sky et couleurs aluminium comme dans les movies. Direction et personnel souriants et pro. Prix correct et nourriture copieuse.

Typique Dinner US. C’est ouvert ²⁴⁄₂₄ en plus (a part un jour dans la semaine). La cuisine est bonne, les gens cool et notre serveur super sympa.

Hi, immer wenn ich in den USA bin muss ich mindestens einmal zum Dinner. Der hier war echt super. Das Frühstück war megastark. Spiegeleier mit Frenchtoast und Pancakes. Der Speck war knusprig gebraten und für 2, 50 $ kannst du soviel Kaffee haben wie du willst. So starte ich gern einem Tag ;-) die Bedienung war sehr nett konnte spanisch und englisch wie fast jeder in Miami.

Un vrai «diner» a proximité immédiate de la plage et d’Ocean drive ou les pièges a touristes sont légion. Des plats copieux et d’excellente qualité. Un service attentionné. Le tout a un prix raisonnable. Né pas hésiter.

De passage à Miami Beach pour les vacances, nous avons découvert cet endroit par hasard.
Les petits déjeuners sont excellents et copieux.
Leurs pancakes sont très bons et le milkshake au beurre de cacahuète exquis.
De même pour les déjeuners. J’ai pu déguster un onglet de boeuf très bien préparé.
En clair si vous en avez marre des restaurants de South Beach, je vous recommande celui-​ci !

Sehr nette Location mit moderaten Preisen mitten in Miami Beach nah am Strand. Kostenloses Wifi und die Möglichkeit drinnen wie draussen zu sitzen. Man kann hier prima Frühstücken, aber auch hervorragend Mittag essen. Top!

Toller Diner! Waren an Thanksgiving da — das Essen einfach köstlich und die Preise sehr gut.

Während unseres Aufenthaltes im April in SoBe saßen wir mindestens drei Mal in diesem typisch amerikanischem Diner. Die Burger sind sehr lecker und die Bedienung äußerst freundlich. Wir kommen sicher wieder um das Feeling der 50er/​60er Jahre zu genießen. Tip: Gleich um die Ecke vom Ocean Drive — mit moderaten Preisen!

Das Frühstück hat köstlich geschmeckt. Sehr freundliches Personal. Ich komme gerne wieder :-)

Gleich hinter dem Ocean Drive findet man diesen tollen Laden. Ich empfehle das Frühstück im Stil der 50iger 60iger Jahren. Einfach toller Flair. Gutes Frühstück nach echter amerikanischer Art und sehr freundliches Personal. Omelette mit Chili und einen frischen o-​Saft und der Tag in sobe kann beginnen. Top!

Dieses original Diner ist mir gleich aufgefallen. Langsam werde die in den USA auch immer selterner. Er liegt in einer Seitenstrasse vom Ocean Drive in south beach miami. South Beach ist wo die coolen Urlauber abhängen. Die Restaurants auf dem Ocean Drive sind sehr teuer und der Ocean Drive ist abends total verstopf, weil alle am cruisen sind (go 4 a ride). Da Ocean Drive an einer Ampel endet was zu einem brutalen Rückstau führt, treten die Abgase in die teils offenen Restaurants ein. Im Diner in der Seitenstrasse ist es deutlich ruhiger und billiger, man kann sagen das die Preise wie in einem Deutschen Diner Lokal sind. Die Bedingungen sind sehr freundlich und tragen Dienstkleidung. Die Milchshakes sind köstlich und die Burger sind o.K., wenn auch nicht superköstlich. Die Toiletten sind leider total vergammelt und alt. Nicht gerade appetitlich, aber die USA haben halt Ihre besten Zeiten in den 50−70er gehabt und seitdem wird an der Ostküste nix mehr in Infrastruktur investiert.

Ein kleines aber feines Diner im Stil der 50er Jahre wartet darauf in SoBe entdeckt zu werden. Neben Burgern und Sandwiches gibt es hier auch Muttis Hackbraten, Hähnchen in verschiedenen Variationen und daily specials. Die Burger sind lecker, die Bedienung ist nett, die Preise sind für SoBe mehr als fair. Vorsicht: Das Trinkgeld (18%) wird auf die Rechnung aufgeschlagen.
