Was in South Beach in search of a cigar shop to buy my boyfriend a gift. It’s a cute shop and the girls working there were friendly and helpful in answering all my questions since I don’t know anything about cigars. Bought a bold cigar and left. Had to go back and return it for a medium bold. It was cheaper than the original one I bought, and it didn’t seem like they gave refunds so she offered to throw something else in there to make it equivalent. I decide to get a smaller cigar so that he could try two different ones. The girl that made the exchange was very nice and make my shopping experience there pleasant.

I came here for the 1st time in 2012, I bought my
Mini cigars to roll up my personal and the service was great. There was an older gentleman there Don something or another hand rolling the cigars and I thought that was magnificent. I bought five fresh rolled cigars and a box for my then Boyfriend and I swear they were so awesome. I come here everytime I stay on ocean.

Terrible, moronic staff. They don’t care about customers. Bought an $ 8 lighter. It didn’t work, but they refused to exchange it. Wouldn’t ever buy anything here again.
