Came here for a quick bite to eat. The area were the sandwiches have a sign that says«Please ask barista for assistance.» I went to order and the girl that helped me named LIZ could not hear what I ordered, so she rolled her eyes and said«What?» I ordered a Turkey sandwich on wheat bread and a mango smoothie. She rudely asked me where the sandwich was. I responded that the sign stated to ask for assistance. she replied. well you have to get it… I was so turned off. I told her, well just ring it up and I’ll get it after. She was extremely rude and looked like she does not enjoy her job. But that isn’t an excuse to treat customers with such attitude and even had the audacity to roll her eyes at me when I was only but nice to her. Someone needs to check herself. By the way, the sandwiches are mediocre and extremely over priced. Mango smoothie however was great!

this place is amazing! I went to this place for a quick cup of coffee with 7 other girlfriends during my bachelorette weekend. They had amazing coffee. The next day, we went again and the girls there were soo nice and friendly! They remembered all of our orders by heart! Special thanks to Shari and Nati :)

I’ve never heard of the coffee brand Lavazza until my recent trip to Miami. There was a Lavazza café inside our hotel — Gansevoort, so we’d frequent this café every morning before heading out and walking around. The coffee was delicious and the cappuccinos were one of the best that I’ve had. This location was pretty hip and upscale and the baristas were nice and outgoing every time we stopped in to grab a drink. I was happy to find out that they sell Lavazza on as well so I don’t have to travel back to Miami just to get my quick fix.

The old Café Bustelo has been transformed into Café Lavazza. Its located on the ground floor of the Gansevoort Hotel. Well-known in Italy and abroad for their fine espressos. This is a very nice find and welcome addition to the ever expanding Miami coffee scene. Delicious coffees and espressos. They also serve sandwiches and pastries in a very chill and upscale atmosphere. Eagerly awaiting a Brickell location :)
