In reference to the negative disgruntled tenant review, I’m a property owner that has been doing business with Azure for a number of years. Now, I realize how lucky I am to have a company like this that can deal with a tenant who wants to take advantage of a property owner. When a tenant of mine moves out, this company has records of when they moved in with pictures and notes. We are able to compare the move in and move out pictures and notes so that if there is any damage that has occurred, from that information I am able to deduct from their security to repair what needs to be done. Thank you Azure for doing a professional job, I don’t need to deal with any of the tenants. They do it all, collect rent, maintenance issues and more. Most important is the tenant screening and those move in and move reports. Priceless.

Contacted the business owner to ask about their property management services, she answered my questions through email and a phone call. Then no further responses to my emails and when I called, she was no longer available. I didn’t realize this company was no longer interested in my business but instead of sending me a note to let me know this, she said absolutely nothing and just stopped responding. Meanwhile I continued to send emails and tried calling to ask more questions. Dentists and doctors say«we’re not accepting new patients», I’ve had a mechanic tell me the next opening is more than a month away. They tell me up front so it’s not a big deal and I just find someone else. But to let me just keep wasting time with emails and phone calls until I figure it out? Why not just say«no»? Azure is the worst. Who knows what their service would have been like after this experience. Would gladly rate less than 1 star.
