Azul Holistic Spa and Wellness Center

Great place! Had a mani/​pedi. The lady was very nice, the atmosphere was soothing and the price was very convenient (35usd on a weekday). Definitely coming back!

I was in miami for a dance competition and me and my friends went here to get mani-​pedis. So We go there and there is only one person availble to do the mani pedis. so we ask when will there be somebody else availble, the front desk lady said in 10mins. So I start my mani and my friends waited. 20mins later they are still waiting. SO they told the front desk lady that they will be back. I get my mani, they start my pedi, more people came into the shop and asked when could the schedule this and that and the front desk lady is giving they all sorts of times and they people kep leaving. My pedi is done. My nails look great! I loved the products used. So the I went to pay and leave, mind you we are there for a competition and we are on a tight schedule. So the front desk lady couldn’t ring up the lady before me. I waited 20min. just to pay in cash so I could leave. I tried to tell her I had cash, tip was included. But she said to wait. SO I waited. Finally I got to ring out and she asks me where re my friends. I didn’t know where they are it has been almost 2 hrs since we came to the salon. So she tells me she called in somebody from lunch and that I needed to call my friends to come back to get their mani — pedis. My nails were wet, I didn’t know where anybody was. I told her that I wasn’t calling my friends and that I just wanted to pay. So she got upset because she called the employee in early from lunch, I appologized and explained that we didn’t have 2 – 3 hours to spend waiting on our nails because of the competition. I gave her the cash and left. They provide a good service but their are in a tourist area. We have planes to catch and competitions to be involved in. Just let us know if lyou have time to take us at the time. I was made late because it took forever just to ring out and pay for everything with cash.

I was visiting Miami and looking for a place to get my eyebrows shaped/​waxed and found this by accident. They were so polite and accommodating, and worked me in even though I was a walk in and they were pretty busy. I think Leticia did my waxing, and she was quick, efficient and professional. Their facilities are clean and there was no double dipping. I was extremely happy with the end result and wish I had a place like this in my home town!

I was pleasantly surprised when I walked in because you would not expect such a big space from the outside. The staff was welcoming and helpful and served me some tea when I arrived for my one hour massage. The rooms were small but cozy, and the music was relaxing. I looked at the floor and saw a pair of sandals by the table, and two dirty towels laying on the floor. I was surprised as I though the room as not ready, but no apparently it was as the massage started and finished with the pair of sandals, and the two small towels still on the floor. The massage in itself was ok, but you could feel it was not something really «professional.» The stroke was not consistent, and what was done on one leg was not done on the other. I could feel the effort to be good, but it was not enough compared to places I went to before that offered the same prices.
They were nice and I wish I could say more positive thing but the truth is that I would no go back.

Such a great new addition to the neighborhood which really needed a full service spa and salon. Silvia, the owner is a complete sweetheart — always smiling and ready to accommodate client needs.
The spa is beautifully done, it is spacious and clean. The staff is super nice– pleasant and eager to please. I will definitely be a regular customer here! :)

While visiting Miami, I wanted to visit Azul to see if it compares to their original location in Chicago and I am extremely happy that I did :)
The Miami location is much bigger, they offer manicure, pedicure, hair services, the same amazing deep tissue massages and organic facials.
I was able to book my appointment online, walking in the spa I was greeted by a very courteous receptionist who showed around the premises. I booked a massage and a facial but ended up staying for nails, eyebrow wax and hair blow out.
Silvia, is one of the owners and she is in the spa making sure not a detail is overlooked.
Azul is simply amazing and their signature is service and luxury! I am so glad I treated myself to a spa day while in Miami and will make it a stop every time I am there.
