I took me a long time to find a dentist in the Miami Beach/​Downtown Miami area that I felt good about, and that didn’t want to sell me a whole package of things I didn’t need. Dr. Carson is very professional, and his staff is really cool; they always make you feel welcomed. I even changed my insurance so I could keep going to their office, since my work one was not being accepted at most places anymore. I highly recommend him.

I recently moved to Miami and I am a dentist snap. I did my research and found Adam Carson. His office did not disappoint.

Dr. Carson took care of my teeth with invisalign to straighten them, next step was to give me veneers on the top because of some genetic stains in the middle of my front teeth that bleach can’t remove. The work came out perfect. This guy is a perfectionist. Also, he is from the midwest (as am I)…he didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need.
P. S. Prior to this work, my confidence was built up by his hygienist doing the most thorough job I had ever had before (here, California, and Michigan).

The first experience of visiting Dr. Carson’s office was a very good experience. Dr. Carson and his staff are very professional and treat you with respect and good care. Procedures are very well explained and conducted. The dentist team is very friendly and knows its job. Most major insurances are accepted and scheduling includes reminders that won’t let you miss an appointment. I highly recommend Dr. Carson’s dental office!!!

A dentist’s dentist hidden in paradise.
Let’s face it. Living in paradise has certain drawbacks. Finding good medical and dental services that you’ll be happy with is one of those drawbacks.
As a professional consultant to dentists and physicians, I interact with a lot of practices and providers and there is literally only a handful that meet all my requirements (yes, they are high!) as a patient.
For a dental practice my requirements include:
*A painless experience administratively from scheduling to handling insurance or arranging for payment
*Respect from doctor and staff
*A painless exam and dental cleaning
*Good communication in person and by whatever form of communication that works best for me (phone, text, fax, email, etc.)
*Being current with technology and technique
*No pushing products or procedures unless they are warranted for either a specific dental health need or because I’ve expressed interest in something elective
It’s taken four practices in almost five years to finally find one that meets these requirements. If this sounds like what you’d like in your dental practice and dentist, then Dr. Carson and his team are just a phone call away.

The whole process was smooth and I was seen on time for my appointment; valet parking (paid by Dr.) is one of a kind for South Beach, the staff is friendly and try their best to make you feel comfortable, no sales drama just honest advice.
Getting to the office means going thru security showing your id and taking an elevator downstairs that can be complicated because everyone is going up and you have to wait for you chance to push the LL bottom.

Dr. Carson’s team is friendly, professional and prompt. Their genuine care is the number one reason I highly recommend his practice to everyone!

After having thousands of dollars of unnecessary work done at Great Expressions (don’t get me started), how refreshing to go see Dr. Carson, who keeps things simple, explains things easily, and is not a salesman but a dentist. He;s super nice, efficient and accomodating, and his office has a very zen, relaxing feel to it. His staff is very nice as well. Went in for an initial checkup after what has admittedly been entirely too long. The last dentist I went to had given me an estimate of over 3K, so I never went back.
Dr. Carson took the time to explain to me what I did and did not need, and as it turns out I do not need multiple root canals and crowns as the prior dentist had indicated.
Long story short, the treatment plan I got covers what I need, and was half the estimate I got a year ago, which leads me to believe the first estimate was either blown out of proportion or my teeth magically improved in a year… Glad to finally find a dentist I feel I can trust to take care of what needs to be taken care of– no more, no less.

I didn’t know real dentist that honestly care about their patients existed until I came to Dr. Carson’s.
The hygienist is very gentle, the girl in the front desk is very patient and kind, and Dr Carson is very professional. He answered all my questions and took his time to clarify all the exaggerations a previous Doctor had told me just to be able to charge me more.
I’ve been to 3 different dentist office and he also is the one that offered the best prices.

I recently discovered that a friend of mine made out with a woman who’s not fond of brushing her teeth regularly. After I stopped gagging and asked if her buttery yellows tasted like popcorn (no), I got to thinking: am I weird for enjoying going to the dentist?
When I was a kid (a mere 11 years ago), we used to have time scheduled into our day for fluoride rinses and demonstrations of proper dental hygiene. White teeth, minty breath and oral health was something that was pushed at home and at school. Who doesn’t want nice, clean teeth? Madness. I guess because I was one of the twice-​a-​day brushers (mouthwash and floss, too), I never had the fear of the dentist that my peers did. Ever the ‘A’ student, hearing check up after check up of («Looks good») and getting in and out of The Chair™ in record time was something I enjoyed. So, when it came time to find a new dentist in Miami, I took the search very seriously.
Dr. Carson has a comfortable office, located in the lower level of a Lincoln Road high rise. Getting into the building can be a pain in the culo, so adjust your schedule to make room for it. Once you make it to the office, check in with Bertha (super on top of things), sit down, read a magazine, and relax. I really like the trend in dentist offices to try and produce a spa-​like environment. It’s smart and you’ll find this to be the case here. First timers can count on x-​rays, a thorough exam by the good doctor (teeth, gums, lips, and cheeks) and an intense cleaning by the dental tech. Despite the thorough nature of the cleaning and examination, I never once felt stressed or in pain. Inasmuch as possible, they try to have a conversation with you to take your mind off of what’s going on.
After the exam (and compliments — oh, the compliments!), it’s time to make the next appointment and get the swag bag. It’s the kid in me, but this is my favorite part of a visit to the dentist. Here, I am super impressed with the contents of the bag: multiple floss mechanisms, info on maintaining good oral health, a couple of different types of toothpaste, and the best toothbrush I’ve ever received. (Ten-​year olds, get a hold of yourself) The head is really big and the bristles are strong and plentiful. There are FOUR types of bristles to enable a deep clean every time. Yes, I know what an odd review this is but a healthy, attractive smile/​mouth is extremely important to me – and it should be for you as well. No one likes a mouth of green teeth that looks like you spend your spare time chewing rocks and eating garbage. Take care of your mouth and teeth. Be healthy.
