Beautiful beach. Warm ocean waters. The rentals are ridiculous though. So here’s the scoop: $ 15 umbrella, $ 10 chair, $ 25 cabana, $ 75 bed-comes with 1 umbrella. The staff was not friendly and constantly came up to us asking if we paid for the rentals. DUH! My name is on the list. How bout you check before asking. I mean not that many people are shelling out $ 75& on top of that a staff person has to set it up for you so try checking with each other first. Other than that great beach!

It’s the beach – it’s great! A busy café-lined street, beach volleyball, an open beautiful beach, and waterspouts – all night and day!!! If possible, I definitely suggest lodging as close as possible to here. Some hotels even offer complimentary beach chairs and towels… Hell, sleep on the beach if you gotta. It looked like some NYE partieries t did just that! The beach is well maintained and easy to access. It even has a sidewalk for simple strolling between the street and actual beach. There are open showers to rinse off, but know that you may be sharing it with a local beach bum.

Beautiful beach, decent places to eat but be careful, tourist trap alert. Overpriced drinks and food tends to be of a lower quality. Café Milano is a safe bet it’s in walking distance and news café is cool, enjoy.

Great part of south beach. Not as crazy of a crowd as 7th, yet still close enough to walk over there if you want to get ratchet for a little while. Close to wet willies and fat tuesdays.
