Tried to get a coffee… while there were 5 – 6 employees just hanging out on a quiet morning, one frustrated employee couldn’t figure out the computer, and no one was concerned about someone waiting. I realize this isn’t fine dining (or even Dunkin’ Donuts), but c’mon. Frankly, I wouldn’t have minded waiting if someone just said, «Oh, sorry — just a sec,» but that’s apparently a bridge too far. Awesome work ethic.
Just walked out — I’d recommend you just get coffee at the gas station next door.
