The man who works here is so rude. I called on the phone to ask how much a suitcase repair would be and he seemed angered by my question. I gave him the benefit of the doubt and came in to ask him to fix a purse strap. He quoted me $ 20 for a simple fix and when I questioned him about it he was very rude. Then he said I needed to pay now and I said I would pay when I picked it up. I’ve always paid for these things upon pickup to make sure I get my goods back and to make sure I am satisfied. He pointed to a sign that said prepay and I said no and left. I will take my business elsewhere — life is too short for rude people!

I would not reccomend ANYONE to do business there. The man that was there was VERYRUDE and wanted to chrge me almost $ 40 for a suitcase peg that can stand my bag upright without falling. I was appauled that a man of business has such a nasty attitude.

I called and asked if they could shine my shoes. The man explained(little but of language barrier) that he needed to head to the bank but he could do it on the spot if I came now which I did. When he arrived he asked if I was the one who called about the shoes and I said yes. I handed him my shoes and 10 minutes later he came back and the shoes look awesome. Best part was that it only cost $ 5. I’m not from this area but I may make it a point to stop here whenever I need my shoes done.

Went in for a shoe shine this morning. Sometimes you just need to look your best, you know? Maybe it’s the fumes but a good shoe shine does it for me. The guy seemed surprised and reluctant to shine the shoes on my feet, but in the end he did it. Speaking of reluctant, have you ever seen that disney movie the reluctant dragon? It’s terrible and awesome. Anyway, he took them in back and returned soon after, and my shoes looked great. Five dollars man, five dollars… I miss living in the city, where it was cheaper!
