The fries are always cold and the sandwiches are always put together very sloppy. The manager, Chris, is very nice. Jessica who does drive-thru sometimes is very nice but as for most of the rest of them, heh, no. They are rude and they like to talk over the top of you and they don’t listen to anything you tell them. It’s always clean when I go in there but the atmosphere makes me hate that place. They do have good fountain drinks though and their Dr. Pepper is out of this world. But the workers make me not want to do business with them anymore.

Look, we all go to McDonalds for what reason? For the uniformity of their food. So I order 2 chicken sandwiches and they were both substandard. These are not dollar menu McChickens. The bill on these came to almost 10 bucks. No wonder Chick Fil-a is so busy. Counter help was fine. Place was kind of dirty, especially for a McDonalds.

This is an older store, ready for a fresh look. Service was so-so, not really busy but took longer than expected and I had to repeat my order a number of times and it was still wrong but quickly fixed. Drink machines were grody so I requested that mine be filled in the window dispenser. This location also sits way off Interstate 24 so getting in and out quickly is difficult. On the plus side there was a nice park across the street to have lunch.

Ate here on a Sunday evening and found the restaurant to be filthy. The self service island was wet, littered, out of lids, out of ketchup(except for the ketchup spilled all over) and the floor was dirty. Could be a bus load of people had just left, but I expect more from McDonald’s.

Metropolis. the home of Superman and McDonald’s…which is apparently the only place to grab a breakfast bite. We arrived around 8am on a Monday and the place was packed with farmers and senior citizens. The parking lot is so bizarre that there are signs everywhere stating, «Please don’t hit our customers.» The menu down here is a little different than up north. I was hoping for a McSkillet Burrito, but they didn’t have it. So I settled for a Bacon, Egg and Cheese Biscuit. My mom ordered the Egg McMuffin and said it was the first one she’s had in which the edges were not burned. The clientele is super nice. I had my hands full with coffee and juice and one guy jumped out of his seat to open the door for me. What southern hospitality! Overall, a good place to stop off to a quick bite.
