The online menu incredibly customizable and got our order perfect. The pizza was the best I’ve had at Boston on our trip. The mozzarella sticks were amazing as well.

We love it, and my kids love it… and usually we’re not all on the same page as far as what we like for pizza. Very friendly(if not hurried) customer service. This place is delivery/take-out only.

Consistently provides great service. The best pizza in town by far. They’re our go to for all things pizza and subs.

Pizza crust was wonderful. All three of us eating there immediately said the crust was the best. I personally loved the French fries but my boys thought they were good but not their favorites. Small inside with just a few stools to eat at but I didn’t feel in the way at all. Very busy with foot traffic and it seems everyone is on first name basis with owner. Mano’s is not in my neighborhood or actually even my town but I will be back for sure. Super nice staff and everyone coming in was super friendly. Pricing was great, we had a small pie(pizza) and French fries which fed three of us(two tween boys with appetites) and it was probably $ 10 for food. Try this gem out!!!

The pizza itself is really more of a three. I like a more crispy pie, but that isn’t the standard in the Merrimack Valley. Still, the ingredients are fresh and the pies are competently prepared, though the quality can be a little inconsistent. What gives this the extra star is the friendly, efficient customer service. We live only a few streets away but, due to laziness and the frankly tricky parking situation(the place has none, and street spots can be a little tough to find; also, crossing there at night can be a little dicey), we typically opt for delivery. About 75 percent of the time, the pizza comes piping hot; other times, it’s lukewarm, but always delivered well under the time estimate(on the weekends, about 45 minutes, though it arrives within a half-hour without fail). One time, we were given a sausage-and-onion, rather than the sausage-and-mushroom we ordered, but have never had trouble otherwise. We have since migrated to the large bacon-and-mushroom, which is a bit better. The smaller, specialty(or «gourmet») pizzas are a little better, but also quite a bit more pricey. In general, though, prices are fair and on par with all local pizza places. Buffalo tenders are good, not great. Regular chicken tenders are just OK, and I would stay away from the BBQ tenders, which are drowned in barbecue sauce. Onion rings are tasty and the batter is grainy(like at Burger King). Jalapeño poppers are A-OK. One of my favorite things, though, is the bacon cheeseburger and homemade potato chips, which I have ordered when having a few beers next door at the Glen Forest Tavern(which doesn’t serve food). Solid, and our go-to place for takeout pizza. The Buffalo tenders are much better at Chris’s but, as one of my other reviews pointed out, the lacking customer service(at times — I’ve also had good CS at Chris’s) put me off that place. Mano’s wins. Not the best pizza in the world, but good, with very good customer service and convenience.

Yikes! This place is where it’s at. Very reliable and great tasting pizza. Not to mention the extras are also on point(subs, chicken wings, etc.). Located right on the Lawrence-Methuen line: I hate that they don’t deliver as far out to me(I’m well on the other side of town) but I don’t mind driving out of my way for this place. PASS

Average but great service! The front desk at the Courtyard Marriott gave me their menu to try and I accepted because they had great Unilocal reviews. Let me say the service was great. Everyone was friendly and answered all my questions on the phone. I really liked how I didn’t have to give my credit card info over the phone, but instead they brought the machine right to my hotel room door! Convenient and nice. Not my favorite pizza but I can understand why people love it. I’m more of a New York style guy. Their pizza has lots of cheese and sauce. Sauce is kind of sweet, and the cheese was slightly overcooked making everything slightly chewy. I’d order again but would try something else besides the pizza.

My new favorite pizza place. I’ve eaten pizza in some major cities around the country and this is the best I’ve tried. It’s a small, hole-on-a-wall kind of place but don’t let the looks deceived you. The people are great and always welcoming. Try the chicken finger pizza and you will become addicted to it. The calzones are insane too.

This is a high intensity pizza and sub shop. Friendly, fast, good foodstuffs deliver. It is very small, a few stools and it is street parking but I’vehad a pepperoni pizza and a tuna sub. Just great.

I frequent here for lunch because I work a minute away. The food here is great and the portions are huge. Very solid pizza and at a good price. Their pita bread is made in house fresh and are huge. The owners are super friendly too. During lunch this place gets super busy. Call ahead.

Moved to Massachusetts from the west coast and tried different pizza places in the area, this is definitely one of my favorites for pizza. One of these days I will have to try other things on the menu.

Love this place. Have been coming here for my whole life and will continue too! The service is always friendly and the owners are great people. The pizza is one of the best in town and reasonably priced. They don’t whimp out on the toppings and it’s always jammed packed with flavor. The location is very small so it’s more of a take out joint. The fried raviolis are very good and they give you a lot. I have had a number of their subs and salads and have nothing bad to say about them. The fresh pita with the salads is awesome! This place is great, give it a try one night!

So after the amazing reviews I decided to give this place a try and if being honest I’m not impressed. While the person taking my order was friendly the delivery time she quoted me was off. I’m not naïve enough to believe 30 min delivery times given to me however, I think it’s reasonable to expect an hour or less delivery time not 1.5hrs. The pizza taste was OK at best. I travel all over the states and so I get lots of opportunities to try many different places to eat and this pizza while edible isn’t that good. Very greasy so much that the crust had a cardboard taste. The toppings seem fresh and the dough is chewy, but chewy is OK soggy is not. The sauce has a sweeter taste to it, not spicy like someone else posted. Nothing to write home about and nothing original either. The whoopie pie was factory made, not fresh, made by Steve’s bakery out of Maine. It was OK, but definitely didn’t have that fresh homemade taste. I always try to look for the positive, but this experience just didn’t warrant much of a positive review. Friendly staff and order was correct, that is about it. My recommendation seek other options first. I’ll not order from here again.

I grew up on Mano’s, living right down the street. It was always a treat when we ordered dinner from there — always up to par, always great service. Went back tonight after having moved away, it’s been at least six years or so. Their pitas were exactly as I remember — fluffy on the inside, crusty on the outside. Hawaiian pizza — with thinly sliced deli ham(the ONLYWAYTOMAKEIT!) was also exactly the same delicious pizza with that awesome sauce. Absolutely love Mano’s! Took me right back to my childhood. Cannot wait to go back.

Great place to grab a meal. We’ve had nearly everything on the menu but love the chicken parm calzone, fried ravioli, and fried dough bites. Honestly when I go in its always fast paced, which is expected, but the guy who runs the place is ridiculously nice and always slows down enough to welcome me like I’m an old friend and rings me out efficiently. I highly recommend the place for its food and customer service.

I never gave 5 stars before! The food is great the staff are great ! Best pizza crust ever and the sauce is real good and they put a ton of cheese on a regular cheese pizza and this is the only place I never ask for extra cheese! I you stop by a few times the owners will know your name and will make you wish you could hang out all day and help make the pizzas! NOTE– ask what specials they have to get a great deal. I think I got 3 large cheese pizzas for about $ 20.00 and their large are large!
