I always think the front office people are the most underated aspect of any Doctor or Dentist’s office and these folks are friendly and organized.
I’ve never had to sit in the waiting room for 45 minutes reading highlights magazine to have a cleaning done. Appointments are on time.
I’ve never had the hygenist talk to me like I’m 5 years old.
I have selected my own music for a cleaning.
I also had an 8:00AM appointement for a filling and was out of the office and done before 8:31AM and amazingly it really didn’t seem rushed at all.
