I was in the line placing my order, when I got to the window to pay the guy told me to pull over and he will bring the two sandwiches out to me in a minute… I was there for about 10 minutes and no one came out so I called them and she apologized and said they must have forgot and she was going to make it and bring it out to me, well she did not make it fresh, it was probably sitting there from when I originally placed the order because it was cold and ended up in the trash because I was so annoyed. Constantly making mistakes but this one I am not letting go.

Service is slow. They run out of items. They short your order at the drive thru. Obviously poor management to have all of these issues at once. I won’t be back. Too many other options out there.

Good Dunkin’ beverages unfortunately this location consistently has the slowest service.
Don’t even try the drive thru. Better off going inside for slightly quicker service. I’ve waited for 3 cars in front of me at this drive thru for 10 minutes. Sorry but my Dunkin fix isn’t worth it here.

Worst dunkin donuts I’ve ever been to. The service is terrible and they are always out of product. The employees are rude and the whole place is just a trainwreck it should be shut down. One time I went there and they overcharged me and they refused to compensate me the difference even when I went in with the receipt and explained how they messed up; they proceeded to curse at me and tell me to get out. I am a regular patron at dunkin donuts and live less than a mile away from this location and still refuse to go there.

THIS IS THE WORST DUNKIN DONUTS ANYWHERE!!! They have the slowest service. Went in side today and it took 20 minutes to get to the counter. They have 2 registers, but only had one open, even with 10 – 12 customers standing in line. Whomever the manager is a this location, he/​she should be fired for the service this location provides. Today was not the only time I have experienced this type of service here.

I cringe every time I go to this DD.
It’s the closest to my house, and unfortunately it has the slowest service of any Dunks that I have frequented.
The staff are slow as molasses.
It is not just 1 or 2 times, it is all the time!
A good way to waste 20 minutes of a perfectly good Saturday morning.
