Friendly and fast. The Louisiana rub is my favorite! The fries have a little too much seasoning on them for my taste but my boyfriend loves them. There’s a lot of different rubs to choose from but you should definitely try the Louisiana, sweet but spicy and a good bit of salt. Always hot when I order them! You can tell they make everything to order which I appreciate.

I ordered online and place an order for a 6 pic combo. It was easy and quick. Showed up 15 minute later and the wing were ready. The staff was friendly and the service was quick. Diff coming back and eating more lemon pepper wings.

First I will start by saying that I love Wingstop food. The Garlic Parmesan are great but I only eat all flats. I sent a friend to order my food and I had it in writing what I wanted. They gave all drums instead of flats. So I thought before I reorder again I should make sure that they know the difference between drums and flats. So I asked and the guy told me F@ck me and do I know the difference between flats and drums. Then hung up on me. Well I called back… back to back snd the guy kept picking the phone up and hanging it up. Well I switch phones and spome to the manager and ahe had no idea what was going on and said she will fix the issue. The customer service is horrible. These stores are new to the area. They may have the same good food but the service is terrible.

I didn’t go in but my boyfriend did. They completely left his order off the receipt (and, subsequently, in the bag), so I advise customers to check their orders before leaving. I wanted bone-​in wings but received boneless lemon pepper wings. They had my bone-​in Cajun wings right. The Cajun wings are DELICIOUS! They’re like a cross between a hot wing and a dry wing that has been doused in Louisiana spices. The lemon pepper chicken seemed good but the fact that they were basically crunchy nuggets took away from the experience. However, I could actually taste the lemon unlike some places. My boyfriend also said that the employees are a bit… classless. They were playing «Bounce» music, which is weird for a restaurant establishment. I would go back simply because the 2 flavors I had were good.

The wings are typical Wingstop wings which I find neither offensive or inspired. My issue is with the level of professionalism on the part of the staff. Between the gum chewing and the inability of anybody on staff to actually make eye contact or — in the most extreme example — not even both to turn and face a customer when asked a question, I cannot recommend supporting this location.

I honestly believe that I still come to this location because its close and the food is pretty good. It’s bigger than what it appears from the outside which is always a plus. Its a good place to watch tv and eat some wings. It doesn’t matter if you order online or call (which I don’t advise because your order will most likely be incorrect) I suggest ordering in person. The food either way will take FOREVER to come out. Oddly enough there have been times when I ordered over the phone and people who came in and ordered got their order before me. The rolls are so good, the fries can be a hit or miss at times. The staff really seems like a lot of young kids running it, not much order or professionalism. But if you can over look that then stop at wing stop.

Terrible! The Luke warm wings were tough and the sauce was terrible. The fries were cold and had so much salt I couldn’t eat them. It seemed like the wings and fries were sitting for a while.
I ate two out of the ten wings I got. I will never go back again and I would never recommend this place to anyone.
The only good thing about the place was the friendly service.

I’ve been there before, wasn’t bad the garlic Parmesan is really good but this last time was upsetting. We ordered online, when we got there they still hadn’t started. I paid, a few other people came behind me and ordered. Their food was out BEFORE mine to go. And I was home an hour after we placed our order. And we live 5 minutes away. Won’t go back.

Been eating a lot of wings lately, been going to Buffalo Wild Wings but decided to try this place and I am addicted !!! There wings are crispy but there not even battered ! And they put a good amount of sauce on the wings ! This is now my fav Wing place !!!
Ok the above was a few weeks ago, but today I went and had a very horrible experience which now I’m sorry to say will be my last time I go there, the employees are horrible like not attentive just very depressed, also it was busy and there were no tables available so we waited for a table to come available so we sit at the table and there was trash and bones all over it well there’s no trash can so you are forced to leave your things, so we are sitting there no worker comes to bus the table, if you can’t bus the tables have trash cans ppl !! Well what got me the most was with tables being limited the general manager sat at one working on his computer and talking on his cell phone loud and on speaker phone talking about his Sunday plans and then what really got me was his 20 min phone call I had to listen to of him running his outside business of house call cooking bc he’s a chef, so I now know their whole menu and price !! This is so sad Almost embarrassing. Oh and he saw all the tables dirty never got up or told a worker plz take care of this nope! Ignorance is strong here beware

Ordered online, it was super easy, and supa fast! Loved the Korean flavor and Lemon Pepper, Cajun fries are better than Popeyes fries: P The Hawaiian roll was perfect to calm all that spicy deliciousness. Would have taken a picture but the food got devoured before I could.

This is the first time I have walked into this location — business is super slow — and it is a nasty mess. Tables aren’t cleaned, this is the service station for ketchup and such. Floors had trash all over. Not impressed at all this time.

I came here for lunch hour. It was packed. I waited a long time for my food as well. I was in a rush and I was just upset because they took a long time and they did not get my order right. However, It’s good food. I enjoyed my delicious potato fries with all the High Blood Pressure salt that I like !! You know what really hurt my soul? That they only give you ONE Ranch to like 10 pieces of wings. I had Hot wings and I love to eat my boneless wings and drench them in ranch sauce so i was angry that they would not give me any extra ranch sauce. I had to pay almost 2 bucks for one sauce when I could go to the dollar store and get a whole bottle for like 1 $. I was disappointed because I had High Hopes for this place based of co-​workers hyping it up and it was just normal! Maybe I’ll go again and hopefully they wont be pack and mess my order up, but for right now I’m going to end this with, Meh. I’ve experienced better!

It’s rare that I have a bad experience with food. This was the worst for me. I ordered an 8 piece with 2 flavors (lemon pepper & mild), with fries and a drink. I paid and then waited for the product. Wingstop opened at 11 so there was no line or anyone inside eating. Simple enough right? WRONG! The manager was in plain clothes, hanging out with a buddy of his at the 1^st table you see by the entrance to the left. After 10 minutes of waiting he left his seat and walked to the counter and asked Ashley what I was waiting on. He then addressed me by name, as printed on the receipt Ashley showed him, she then said its coming up. The guy in charge and his friend both apparently had orders ahead of mine. I found this weird because they opened at 11 am and my receipt read paid at 11:13am. They weren’t in line. No one was. I sat outside 7 minutes before I came in the store. One of them had a laptop plugged up underneath the tv outlet which was 10 ft high. They were chilling. 10 minutes go buy and no food. But theirs did. 5 more minutes go by and no food then the manager in plain clothes asks his staff whats going on then he again says where’s Tony’s food. Mind you others had been served. Possibly from phone or online orders. He then assured me it was coming up. About 10 minutes later it came I left. 3 minutes down the road I realized the order was wrong! Turned back around and was greeted at the door by the manager who said what’s wrong Tony, like he was expecting me. Then again his table was directly by the door. I told him and he took the order and had them make me a fresh order which took another 25 minutes because now they were busy and I was at the back of the line. Never was there an apology. Matter of fact the the girl that made them wrong blamed the receipt. The receipt is correct though. The manager left after that. Didn’t make sure I got the right order, didn’t offer me anything. He told them give him a 10 piece, they gave me an 8 piece. At that point I just wanted to leave. Horrible Horrible service. Felt like I wasn’t even a paying customer. If you have to have their wings go online! Order by phone! Otherwise you will be forgotten or passed over! Check your orders before you leave! First and last time going to Wingstop. I really should have read the reviews first!

Phone ordered in 20 drumsticks and chose flavors serrano chili glaze, atomic, and louisiana rub. it was ready in less than 20 minutes. When we arrived they explained they were out of the serrano chili glaze so chose mango haberno instead. Was very pleased with all 3 flavors, each offered something different I liked atomic best of those 3.
I’d definitely go back to try other flavors. I’d like to point out the fact their wings are BIG and flavors are there. I am really into wings and lately some other wing competitors have really disappointed bc 1. failed on size and 2. lack of flavor — «buffalo wild wings, bayou hot wings, hooters: just to name a few». Added a side of veggie sticks with ranch and bleu cheese, both were great sauces. Try em you won’t be disappointed!

Fresh cut fries, although I prefer shoe string fries. Awesome rolls, just like those Hawaiian rolls from the supermarket. Incredible wings especially the lemon pepper, Louisiana rub, and the short release Serrano glaze.
Just as a heads up, you can order your food online or call in before you come. It takes 20 minds to cook.

Amazing wings here. The Lemon Pepper is my favorite and is a must try. Will definitely be back again!

Wings were on the small side. Louisiana Rub was decent but the Lemon Pepper may be a bit salty for some.
Service was poor. Employees didn’t seem to know how to describe certain flavor profiles. Items were missing from my take out order. Check before you leave.
I’d eat there again but you’re buying.

I put off writing this review because I was really mad and also because I wanted to actually eat the food before I passed judgement. My boyfriend and I decided to try Wing Stop today on a friend’s recommendation. We ordered and waited 20 minutes for takeout. We got home and discovered half of our order was missing. Boyfriend called and spoke to the manager before we drove back for the rest of the food. When we got there, the manager came over to speak to us. I began explaining the situation and he abruptly interrupted me and, looking at my boyfriend, said «you’re the one who called? What’s missing?» Um. He may have called but I paid so you can speak to me. So, customer service gets a big, fat F.
The food was better than the service but not by much. Flavors were decent (we asked the server to describe one flavor and she said «the Louisiana Rub has a kinda flavor.» Direct quote. Thanks. So helpful). The classic wings were small despite their claims to have bigger wings than the competition. The boneless wings are hard, crusty fried nuggets. The ranch was great but that and the price is definitely not worth the terrible service. I’ll stick with Buffalo Wild Wings.

Wings and fries are fresh and so good – serrano pepper and lemon pepper is a must. I ate in and the place is well kept and clean. Will definitely stop in again.

Staffs needs to be train a little bit better, not all but some of them. They clean after your tables, chickens is very juicy and well flavored. Environment can be better and have more space. But first time here isn’t so bad and it’s cheap.
