Arrogant and obnoxious. First turn off was when I was asked to listen to a cd and I said I didn’t like that artist and the response from old man ponytail was it’s because I haven’t heard it on their speakers! Really??? That’s like saying if you put poop on a different plate it will taste better? Then he started bad mouthing the owner Dave saying Dave had no taste in music and that they are only allowed to play what «Dave» likes. Mr gray ponytail spent his time bashing every brand except the brands they own. «He» knew what sounded best but he couldn’t hear my phone ringtone ringing. Save they used car salesman treatment and go online to crutch field they carry the exact same speakers and you won’t have to deal with arrogant and snootiness! Such a shame. Music can make you smile! But a jerk can ruin it!

My old, once upon a time top of the line, now anarchic dinosaurs, big box speakers had finally died. Old age caught up with them. To my surprise, Wilson Audio was still in business. Well, first problem solved. I know where I was going. It was like a sense of déjà vu all over again, dealing with the sticker shock of what quality audio equipment costs. It took two trips to decided between what I wanted and what I needed for the house. The staff was great, explaining what I needed to go back and measure (room size, ceiling, etc) for when I next came in. It’s been several months now since I’ve set up the new speakers and I’ve been happy with my purchase.
