Liz cuts my hair and she’s always SO AWESOME. She knows what’s good for your hair and she knows exactly what you want, or better. She’s so friendly and funny! This place has just been totally renovated about a few weeks ago and it looks awesome!!!
Now when it comes to the other services, I’ve never tried yet, so this review is for Liz and her hair services here!

This place is kind of ghetto. Haha my lashes turned out great and for a great price but I did sacrifice some dignity when I had to lay on a mattress on top of a table in the middle of the salon while everyone passed a gawked at me getting my lashes done. Um what?!? No privacy.

The mani/​pedi was nice but nothing special. The massage was not good at all. I couldn’t wait for it to be over. You get what you pay for but nothing more. As many people as they had floating about someone should have been cleaning the place.

I can’t even rate it a 1. This place is horrible. My husband booked us a couple massage. When we got there. They didn’t even have our names wrote in the appt book. My husband booked it two days prior our appt. So with that said, the owner or the lady at front desk said sorry but there is nothing we can do. WTF, umm yes there is something you can do… Give us ½ off or something like that. There is always something you can do. Will never go back. Plus we were coming from the West Bank area

Terrible customer service. You make appointments they cannot even keep. I showed up there for a massage; the person didn’t show due to a family emergency. They had no decency to call to let me know. I will not go back!

Wish I had checked the reviews first! It is everything you read and worse. Understaffed unprofessional and uncaring. This salon obviously stays afloat purely off of it’s massage services. Nail services are long wait and not well done or given priority

Massage chair did not work. Was thinking it was ok until they painted my skin around the toe cut me and took forever to do it. Omg that person in the white dress told me my toe was ugly. I think she’s the owner. I’ll be soaking my feet in hydrogen peroxide later tonight and praying I don’t get staff.

First let me start off by saying DO NOT go to this business for your special occasion the owner does not care about you! Boy if I could give this business less than one star I would (I guess the single star can go to the overall look of the inside). Other than that let me tell you about my experience with this business. I booked my boyfriend and I for our first couples massage for his birthday today, Saturday, on Tuesday morning. The person I talked to on the phone seemed to be in a rush but seemed to have gotten all of my information even asking if I was okay with a male and female masseuse. When I went to spell out my name I got a quick «okay okay» mid sentence. No big deal. Today when my boyfriend and I got there twenty minutes early for a massage we saw a busy fully booked very busy business. We sat there for probably 5 to 10 minutes before being acknowledged. Still not a big deal they were busy and that’s why we got there early for things like this. After the guy got our name he looked at the appointments list repeatedly trying to find our names or numbers he simply said we weren’t on the books. There was nothing he could do they were fully booked for the day and then he proceeded to ask me who I spoke to on the phone did she sound Vietnamese because that was the owner she does that all the time to people. She takes there appointment and never writes it down! This was the most ridiculous thing that I have ever heard of. We asked when the owner would be in and he said she was there. Then we asked well won’t she do something about this and he just flat out said no. The second most ridiculous thing that I have ever heard. We left at that point. Needless to say I was pissed at this point no massage for us. Birthday ruined. Can’t comment on actual paid for services can only speak of owner and employees.

Horrible just don’t looks nice but the services don’t match the appearance. Bad massage unprofessional horrible pedicure not very clean

What a rip off this place is. Warning Do not go there!!! They ruined my Valentine’s day. They messed up my appointment time twice. Then when i finally was able to go they told me they couldn’t honor my spa package in the same day. Huhh? They wanted me to reschedule half of it for another day. Whats the point in having a spa day then? They wouldn’t refund my money so i had to report the owner to the police, my bank and our local news station! I will get my money back you thieves!

Venus spa is a new business and still has a lot of shaping up to do before i can official call it the ‘go to’ spot. The business has a large sign that advertises $ 39 for an hour massage. Now there is always a twist for stuff .this is def. a good situation. First as a business owner myself, i like to be completely honest, no tricks, just straight forward about any pricing i have. My experience here was just okay. I will give the Asian lady that helped me at the desk a 3. Not only was communication a problem, i can tell she does not trust anyone with her money but that’s okay. However when i was done with my massage, i had decided to definitely tip my massage therapist. But the lady at the desk then told me that there is a required $ 8 gratuity for the therapist. I already planned on giving more than that amount. What about those who were not informed about this requirement first and also did not have that much money to spare? Gratuity in massage pa-​lours should be ‘suggested’ not ”required’
My massage experience was nice, i must say it was not my best but the therapist was very polite, respectful and made the experience more worthwhile. Now i don’t think it lasted an hour, because there wasn’t any necessary consulting done before i started but i would give the massage a 4. In fact, it’s because of the massage i would give the whole entire experience a 3.
I should note however that they offer free sauna and showers. I guess that’s a plus. However, it does seem kinda shady when you are quoted a price and something gets added in. that’s not good business practice.
