The morning of New Year’s Day, my service panel suffered damage due to a surge. I was an unable to have any electricity come to my house for fear of it starting a fire. After calling other businesses that said they were open ²⁴⁄₇ for emergency service with no luck, I found Trinity online. Ciro quickly answered the phone and scheduled to have a technician come to my house within the hour. I received text message alerts so I knew exactly when the technician would arrive. Not only did the technician come to my house but the owner did as well. Together they diagnosed the problem and quickly shared the best solution to the problem. Mr. Pennino quickly got to work on fixing my panel and getting electricity up and running in my home. Even though it was a holiday and even though the weather was lousy, Mr. Pennino worked tirelessly to complete the work and complete the work well. Everything was restored that same day. It was a very friendly and painless experience for something that could have gone much worse. This is a company you can trust.

I have done business with Trinity & Mr. Pennino for years. They came to my business and his crew did a great job of wiring my sign and it has worked great since then. I even called them later when I had an issue with a fluorescent bulb and they came and fixed and gave me a few extra bulbs at no charge. The service technicians were prompt, professional, and courteous. My unit had shut down due to a blockage and the thermostat was reading 90 degrees inside. They quickly diagnosed and unclogged the unit. We were very pleased with their service. I highly recommend Trinity.

This man has absolutely no patience. I made an appointment with him and he called and rescheduled three times before finally seeing me (three weeks after my original appointment). When giving me an estimate he rushed through the process and acted annoyed with my questions like I was wasting his time. His prices are higher than others on the market which isn’t a problem, but with high prices and poor customer service I can’t imagine why anyone would do business with this man!
