The staff at the LASIK vision institute are wonderful. Dennis and Scott in particular and kind and patient, and very personable. All of my questions were answered in detail and they took great care to make sure that I was comfortable and taken care of throughout my whole procedure. I’m very happy with my results and I was able to see 20⁄15 less than 24 hours after surgery!

Dr. Insler is a pompous «a». He’s apparently some lawyer which I guess makes him «superior». All the nurses told my relative she could have one person in the room with her and that comforted her. The doctor said NO. She kept asking for me and they wouldn’t let me back. Not to mention they charged her DOUBLE what Dr. Jeffrey Singer charges, who did my PRK 5 years ago. Dr. Singer allowed one person in the room with me and even let my husband take pictures and a video of the procedure. He’s totally laid back and comforting. Dr. Insler must have something to hide. Customer beware!
