I am not much on fast food besides Chick-fil-A, but my man wanted to try their breakfast so I went. Not knowing what I was ordering I took a while and they were very patient and pleasant for once. I was very pleased. Thank you to the lady that took my order and being very nice.

I walked in to order since I also needed to use their bathroom. No one was at the counter to help me so I waited a few minutes until I was noticed. I only ordered one burrito but they didn’t give me the correct one. I was already miles away before I noticed so I didn’t go back to replace it. The burrito was especially sad looking, even for average Taco Bell Standards. I’ll probably avoid this location from now on.

Oh Taco Bell, how you have fallen in such a quick time. Over the past 2 weeks, I ordered a 7 layer burrito without sour cream on 2 separate occasions. The first time, I actually checked the burrito after ordering and then returned it upon discovering the sour cream filled insides. This wasn’t a huge deal since I was still in the parking lot. They remade it, and I enjoyed it. The most recent trip, today, was a disaster. The burrito was wrong, but I didn’t notice until returning to the office. Other than not having lunch, no big deal. I decided to bring it back for a new one on my way home. Upon arrival, I came across one employee washing the doors, while chatting with a non-employee(friend? customer? who knows). I politely said«excuse me» and entered the Bell. After waiting for 2 minutes at the counter, I realized that the chatty window washer was probably supposed to be working the front counter. The lady working the food prep station on the drive-thru side looked over at me a few times, but never said anything. A manager also noticed me standing there, but then walked back to the office. Not once within 5 minutes did anyone ask if they could help me. Eventually the friend of the window washer left, so she came back in and asked if I needed something. Well, duh, I had been standing there for somewhere in the neighborhood of 5 – 10 minutes. I explained that I had ordered the burrito without sour cream, but it came with sour cream. No apology, she just grabbed the burrito, walked to the food prep area and told them to make a new one. I stood there for another couple of minutes while it was remade, then was handed a replacement burrito — «here you go.» Overall, probably one of the rudest experiences I have ever had at any dining establishment — fast food or otherwise. It’s not like I was angry or anything to start out with. Mistakes happen. The trick is to handle it appropriately to satisfy the customer — obviously something that the employees at this Taco Bell have no idea how to do.
