Awful patient service. Called multiple times to get results, was always told someone would call back with the results, never received a call back. Had to go in to the office before they would do anything. The staff seemed indifferent that we were upset at the fact that it has taken over 3 weeks to get something as simple as results. If you don’t go into the office, nothing will get done.
