Pizza Hut

I’ve ordered carry out from here at least 3 times since they’ve opened. The first time was so long ago that I can’t remember the experience. The 2^nd time was two weekends ago. I ordered a $ 10.99 large supreme pizza and an order of cheese bread online while watching the LSU game. I was given a time to arrive by which was about 15 minutes after the ordering time. When we arrived we still had to wait another 10 minutes before the pizza was ready. Luckily, the pizza was fresh and delicious! My grandma liked the supreme pizza so much she wanted to get it again for her birthday which was yesterday. On my way home from work, I called and ordered a supreme pizza and the new twisted crust pizza with pepperonis. I told them that my boyfriend would be picking it up and he would be there in 45 minutes. He had no trouble picking it up and once again the pizza was delicious!

Wow. I’m surprised at the bad reviews. My experience was fine. Some important things to note though: 1) We ordered online. 2) We just picked up the food and left. 3) We’ve been there multiple times.
Pro’s:
1) Food has been consistently good and ready when we arrive.
2) Parking is convenient.

I was so excited about a Pizza Hut near enough to me to go to. But this place needs a lot of help. A pair of glasses for the person that makes the pizza would definitely help. How many times can you get a pizza done wrong? Even though the receipt read right the pizza was done wrong? I even got a credit for one and it was done wrong. The 3^rd time the guy wouldn’t even answer the phone for my complaint. I guess Pizza Hut is not my fav anymore.

HOWEVER, the service at this location is bad bad bad. The location is fairly new. I live really close by to david drive and there was already a little caesars, dominos, and a papa johns all on the same street. I typically always went with Papa John’s before the pizza hut opened. When it opened I was so excited! I love the buttery pan tossed meat lovers pizza from Pizza Hut.
I always like to order on the phone. So the first time I ordered on the phone, I stated my order with my name without realizing I never gave a phone number. I went to pick up anyway at the stated time, but my order was not ready. The guy at the register apologized and said, «My bad I didn’t get your number so I was waiting until you came in to make sure you wanted it.» Well… making me wait another 15 minutes when I called purposely to prevent this didn’t make me happy.
Time number 2, I gave it another chance and the service was good. I got what I wanted on time, with the right order.
Time number 3: Now this was the most DISAPPOINTING. It was Wing Wednesday so I ordered a specialty pizza and I got 8 buffalo hot wings, bone in. And i ordered ONLINE to prevent the same mistake that happened last time. I arrived there, and I paid. The cashier only gave me my pizza. I asked her where my wings were and she seemed so confused. There was nothing else in the hotbox. Then I knew they weren’t done. But on the side, on the normal rack were a box of wings. She gave them to me. On the box said honey bbq. I opened the box and there were about 12? boneless honey bbq wings. They were definitely not mine, and she didnt even notice. Of course, I told her they were not mine. She asked me if I was sure?!? My receipt clearly stated hot. I had to wait another 10 minutes for my wings to be completed, and I did not even receive one apology for the wait and mistake.
I definitely won’t be ordering from this pizza hut location.
