I was in the area this last weekend and came in to pick up a box for shipping something as they have USPS flat rate boxes for free and a letter opener as I felt bad for not really needing anything but the box. The clerks are friendly enough. No greeting as you walk in the door, no one ask if any assistance is needed. All three stars for the neatness and cleanliness of the store. But, middle of the afternoon on a weekend there were next to no customers. But they do meet a need, especially when post offices are closed for the day and they have the particular box needed. For some reason, despite the fact that the address on this Unilocal listing is correct, I was IN the store, I could not check in because Unilocal in its infinite red coat insanity had it located near Napoleon and St Charles, which is no where near this location.

HOLYSMOKESWAS I IMPRESSSED! I don’t have a printer at home because there’s not much I need that I can’t print at school. However for my shipping labels, it’s always a hassle to go all the way to school for that. Office Depot will let you use their computers to access your shipping labels, and they’ll print it for you for 10 cents. Before I would go and print, then run across the street to the post office. But guess what? THEYALSOSHIP! It’s a one stop process. I had my package ready to go, I just needed a shipping label and I needed to tape it. Everyone knows if you don’t show up to the post office with tape they’ll charge you. However, Office Depot has these neat little plastic slips that protect the page and seals it on the bag! How awesome! FREEOFCHARGE, too. I had some invitations I also needed to mail out, and they took care of that too. They sold my stamps and mailed it out for me. I’m just so impressed that I can shop here for the things I need, AND take care of the entire complete shipping process.

As a teacher that has to buy a lot of my own supplies… you can’t pass up this place for good deals! That’s a shame really, but I do!

Everyone is always friendly and willing to help. My wireless router went out a few days ago and one of the guys helped me with a new one. He gave me good directions on how to set it up and good advice on which one to buy.

GREATCUSTOMERSERVICE! Had to print off some paperwork that I needed promptly. They were great when I called to get a turn around time to pick it up. Told them I needed it by noon, they had it ready at 10:50am! Becky in the printing dept. was awesome. Not to mention the price was extremely affordable.

Once upon a time I used to work for Office Depot at another location, in another lifetime. So my view of the store comes as both a customer and as someone who used be on the other side of the exchange. I make trips to Office Depot mostly for things like ink and printer paper, not because it’s the best price but because I usually need it RIGHTNOW for some school work. The store always has it in stock, so that’s good. The bad is that I never get asked if I need help. Not once in the two years I’ve been shopping there. Thankfully I know where everything I want is, but it’s still proper customer service.

I come here for ink. That’s all. Everything else is overpriced compared to what you could purchase online… as with most electronics/office equipment stores. Heck, even the ink is probably overpriced, but when I need it, I need it. So, as an ink purchasing place, it is alright. They always have it in stock and it’s usually a quick in and out shopping experience.
