I went to check on an order that I had made at this location more than several days ago and the item did not come in on time as promised and was told by the «sales assistant» to check customer services if I don’t receive an email by that time tomorrow to call them. I wish I could give zero stars because it has been more than a week. No more business with these people!

What a store!!! When I walked in here I felt like a fat kid the first time biting into my first piece of chocolate cake. I mean they have plenty sports memorabilia (mostly based on new orleans teams: saints, pelicans, and lsu tigers) but that was fine. I loved their hat selection because to me their was a variety and not just one sided with just area teams/​schools. Also the staff was very friendly in offering their services in case I needed some help. They have a tv which gives them huge points because they are the first sports store to have a tv and to top it off, they had my favorite station on: ESPN!!! The environment was very inviting and calm. I felt the sense of this a true sports store. Another cool part about the store is that they have a special section in which they stitch personal writing on hats and other things. Once again major cool points. Overall if I go back to the Metairie/​New Orleans area, this store will be a must!
