The worst! Lisa Colon does not care about you unless you are Hispanic! She was my 2^nd OBGYN after leaving my 1^st because I was being pressured to vaccinate for HPV and take BC when I didn’t want to. Lisa and her staff performed a preformed a vaganosis (I believe that’s what it’s called) on me to determine if I had cancer or not after abnormal pap. Well, after she did whatever she did I immediately felt burning and it was intense! I bleed for 6 weeks and never once heard back from her staff until a $ 600 bill showed up after I was told beforehand the procedure was covered with my ins. I’m NEVER going back there again! Lisa is so rude and does not like to answer questions. her staff does not return phone calls. They have had me take off of work for a 3:30 pm appt and not even taken me back until 5:30pm and then tell me she had to leave for surgery. I have missed work and pay because of this office for unnecessary reason and I will never recommend her to my worst enemy!

I had a problem with something with Lakeside Womens. I was pleasantely surprised to have received a phone call from Dr. Colon directly. She discussed the problem with me and is working on a resolution. I appreciate her personal response to issues with patients.

no one likes going to the OBG but Dr. Colon makes it as quick and painless as possible. She’s super professional and makes you feel really comfortable.
