So I’m only 2 classes in, and I’m enjoying it so far. Only 9 more to go! I bought a Groupon about a year ago for 10 classes and bought an extra class; you can try your first class for $ 10. The premise of the class is strength training and cardio in the form of the dreaded treadmill. I hate running! You alternate between floor exercises(legs, arms, abs, and some cardio) and the treadmill in the decided time intervals. They call out different speeds and inclines during your time on the treadmill. They give you 3 speeds for easy, medium, and hard, so you can gauge what you like. It’s a great, well-rounded workout, and the music and trainers are good.

I went to the Uptown location and paid the $ 10.00 fee to try out my first class. Loved it! This class is a great circuit/interval training option for those who want a challenge. I immediately bought the Groupon for 5 classes afterwards. Also if you are a runner looking to add in some supplemental strength training this class is perfect. Music and a fun teacher also makes this class fun :) Definitely recommend.

Think of personal trainer + cardio + strength + great music + lots of sweat= the best workout you can get in an hour! Lots of different instructors it’s s new workout every day and it keeps your body guessing! Lots of class times offered It’s a bit pricey, so buy a package! Worth every sweaty penny!
