I was suffering from pain in my solar plexus area and upper back. More like a muscle cramp than anything else that wouldn’t go away. I was informed they don’t deal with any chest pains and I should go to an ER. This is completely understandable. But I am 26, in good health, and have zero family history of heart issues. So, I went home and popped some ibuprofen and I’ll see my personal doctor after the Mardi Gras holiday. I’m disappointed the doctor there absolutely refused to even talk to me. They get two stars because the receptionist attempted to explain the issue to the doctor. I won’t waste my time next time.

This is a perfect walk in clinic. Very friendly, efficient and professional. In and out quickly and could not have been more pleased. Exactly what you would want with a walk in. I would highly reccomend

I will never be back!
I’m from Lafayette and I have always visited urgent care centers there and been helped appropriately. When I walked in and saw NO ONE in the waiting room I thought it was my lucky day. Never have I been so wrong! The staff treated me horribly, and I left in tears and had to go somewhere else to get help. I paid 100 dollars to be dismissed by the doctor and staff and the doctors advice to take iron pills! I went to daughters of charity and was amazed at their excellent treatment.

Went on a Saturday afternoon… nobody else was in the waiting room, so they got me in fairly quickly. It was a bit of a wait in the exam room to see the doctor, but compared to past Urgent Care visits, I’d say this was probably the shortest wait I’ve had. They were kind & efficient.
Bonus — they kept me updated on the cost of each added test/​shot/​etc so that I wasn’t completely blindsided by the co-​pay at the end of my visit (which wasn’t all that high, either).

Went in and got properly diagnosed right away. No waiting, accepted my insurance, and got me out fast. Thanks Dr. Jones. People like you are few and far between.
