Growing up going to uptown New Orleans bars has taught me that a fun time can be had anywhere. I would be down right frightened if many of those places turned on the lights. What you dont know wont hurt you.
Depending on the mood, I tend to like a small neighborhood under the radar kinda place as long as they have a good juke box and drink selection. This place has neither. It does have plenty of room to play pool, ping pong and/​or darts. So whatever floats your boat.
