Bought our pool there and we’re so impressed with the selection, knowledge, and the options. They really know what they are talking about. We had been to several other stores and the service was less than impressive. Prices were fanteastic, quality was great, and the service after install was just as helpful. They will test your water when you bring a sample and help you quickly figure out what you need. Several times we had issues and after their recommended treatments, no problems. Keep up the great work!

This place is terrible my father bought an I robot pool cleaner. It’s faulty and does not do as promised. He went back to try to return it and get a Polaris… The owner was very angry and told him no. He even screamed at my 80 year old father. Unprofessional and a smart ass. He only gets a star and would get a zero if they had one.

Do you have a pool? A Spa? Need some furniture for a pool or a spa? How about a float, goggles, ball, or anything else pool related? Head on over to Clearwater! When I go in here I feel like I’m entering the national library of pools and spas. No one ever yells in here. Nothing is ever out of place. It is immaculate. I have never seen a child roaming in here unattended. The staff behaves as efficiently as a machine. There is a place for everything and no customer is left to fend for themselves. They seem to have everything in stock, and never say«I don’t know», the closest thing is «I will find out for you.» if they do have to order something for you, it arrives as promised. I have never seen a single staff member on a cell phone, and I have never even heard them speak unkindly to a customer. They open promptly and demonstrate miraculous patience throughout pool season. I went this past Sunday and there were three men waiting outside each with a bottle of water to have tested. Each customer left with the information needed and I noticed they even told one gentleman that his water was fine, it looked good. That demonstrates that they are committed to honesty and building loyalty with their customers.
