So I just tried to go through the drive-through at 5:30 AM. I thought it was curious that the menu did not show breakfast items even though it was clearly breakfast time. When the lady called from the speaker she stated that their system was down and said she could take my order if I had cash. Since I didn’t know the price of items, how would I know if I was charged the right price? Was this an attempt by the employees to steal by overcharging ignorant customers? If I was management, I would definitely look into it.

Update: There is truth to the «not eligible with combo» line. I bumped them up a star for that. It’s in very fine print that you need an HDTV to see in the commercial.
I was refused the «buy one, get one free» Chicken Sandwich. Told offer not valid with purchase of a chicken sandwich combo. BK website only says free sandwich only has to be «equal to or of lesser value».
They have the new «digital» Coke machine. On my Saturday afternoon (non-parade day) visit several of its selections were «grayed out» thus unavailable. At 2 in the afternoon?
I did send BK a comment on being denied the free chicken sandwich. I will update this review if/when I get a response.

This franchise isn’t one of the better ones (BK is low on my fast food listing anyway). The drive thru experience could be described as rushed, but polite, with the rushed being that my hash browns skittered all over the bag due to improper placement. Crossoinwich was warm, but not hot. Avoid.
