Go somewhere else, where they’ll actually treat you like a person! To be clear, I never used their services due to the unprofessional nature of their interactions. Here’s the story… I purchased a living social deal for a facial and had heard good things. Having never had a facial before, I thought this was the place to try! My deal was about to expire so I called to schedule an appt. They told me there wasn’t anything available for another 3 weeks. I told them my deal expires in 2 weeks and did they have anything earlier (I was willing to take anything) but they said no. Therefore I’d have to pay the difference but that they would put me on a waiting list if something became available earlier. The next day I checked the expire date and realized I had it wrong. It only expired 4 days before my appt. Therefore I called again and explained that I got the date wrong and was there still nothing available earlier? They said they still had no availability so I asked since it was only 4 days and I tried to schedule this almost a month in advance, would they honor the full deal and they said yes. When I arrived, they said they would not honor the deal and I would have to pay the difference. When I explained all of the above they said «Well why didn’t you come Tuesday, we had appts available then.» Umm. What happened to your waiting list? They then said there are only 2 people answering the phone and neither of them said that. Thanks for implying that I’m a liar and for not living up to any of your promises. I’d rather go somewhere that cares about their customer service.
