I’ve been coming to Red Threads for about six months now. I only go to get my eyebrows done but every time I’ve been they do a great job and are finished in just a few minutes. However, on one occasion the cashier helping me wasn’t willing to accept a valid Groupon I had simply because she wasn’t familiar with what a Groupon is. I unfortunately didn’t get to use it because of a staff member’s lack of knowledge on the subject. Other than that Red Threads is great. I would just avoid using any coupons or deals found on the Internet.

I found them on an internet search and I was so excited to take my daughter get a henna tattoo before we went on vacation. The price was marked $ 5, but they tried to charge $ 10 and said it was because it was a hard one, however, there was NOTHING difficult about the design.
I also got my legs waxed and I asked the price and she quoted $ 20 then she said it was per leg although when I asked I said legs not leg. To make matters worse she did a VERY bad wax job and I still had to come home and shave.
I just felt the prices were very bait & switch. I will not return
