Karen Massey, one of the nurse practitioners there is amazing, actually one of the best care providers I have been treated by. She really takes the time to listen and answer all of your questions. I don’t like to wait and you might have to wait here. The wait is comparable to other doctors and is totally worth it when you can finally have your questions answered. I don’t have insurance and it wasn’t easy making the payment, but ask if there are grant programs to help you.

Staff was kind of nice, they totally misdiagnosed me! Never going back there! Gave me medicine and everything too! So I ended up paying a large amount of money to just turn around and go to another place because they didn’t address the problem, the nurse was not informative at all

Just be careful. Good place if you need just basic checkup or no insurance but they supposedly delivered a letter to my house & called every single one of my phone numbers they had on file yet I didn’t know anything about it until the next time I decided to go see the doctor.

I can’t stand this clinic.
Every time I go there it’s some kind of problem. The women who work the desk do not want to help you at all. Even if you have an appointment they make you wait an hour past your scheduled time. It took TWO WEEKS to have my records transferred when I moved here. They say they close at 5, but really if you get there past 3pm they’ll say, «Well your annual exam is expired, and you’ll have to do another one before we can give you birth control.» I have had this happen to me TWICE in the one year I have lived here.
Today I went there in hopes that, after two months of waiting for my medicaid application to go through for the second time, I could get back on my birth control. Nope.
So I offered to just pay for it myself.
«Okay, but we’ll need you to take another annual exam.» I have had THREE annual exams this year!
«Oh no, the last one we had you take was just a basic exam, it didn’t include the breast check up.» Trust me. My breasts are fine. but «Okay, I’ll just pay for that too, I just really want to have this all taken care of today.»
«Sorry, we stopped taking patients 20 minutes ago.» It’s 3:45… you close at 5…
«Sorry. there’s nothing I can do.»
Take my advice, scour the internet for a doctor’s office, one with good reviews for customer service. If you find one that doesn’t make you jump through hoops to stay on birth control, CHERISH IT!
It’s understandable why so many people want to bomb this place.
