Store manager was very rude! I was there to buy giftcards and was told its only per household. I went there with my dad and we are separate household. My dad live with my mom and i kive with my husband and we both have different address. And was told if you have the same last name, you cant get the giftcard. ???

I probably should have checked Unilocal before heading to the printing center but I didn’t expect the level of incompetence I encountered. I had one item to print, the item was on a thumb drive saved as a pdf, and I only needed one copy. There were two others in front of me but I had a twenty minutes, there were two employees, and I knew my job would take five minutes at the most. 15 minutes later I had not yet been served and was getting slightly antsy, a new employee walked in, and I gave her my thumb drive told her what kind of paper I wanted and she went directly to a computer to get started. Ten minutes later(no exaggeration, because I was obsessively checking the time) I had nothing, no thumb drive, no print out, no employee. I was already past my twenty minutes and I gave up and walked out minus my thumb drive. I was late to my appointment and beyond frustrated. Why on earth would a print center employee not be able to use a thumb drive or a copier??? I have had several other less than stellar experiences here, super long wait times and not so great customer service. If you need something done well, in a competent amount of time with decent customer service DONOTGOTOTHISPRINTCENTER.

Terrible customer service in the printing department. Girls at checkout in the store were nice, but I left in the middle of my order because of the way we were treated. Definitely won’t go back.

Once again stood in line for several minutes.. .There are never enough employees.. Where’s the manager? Everytime I’m in there the manager’s gone. .Taylor and Nicole practically run the place themselves… You can’t sit down with printing customers and answer the phone and run the cash register at the same time. .Christmas is coming, they’d better hire more people or they are going to lose business.

Store was OK, NOTTHECUSTOMERSERVICE! HEWASRUDE! HEWAS A LOTNICERTOTHEPEOPLEOFHISOWNRACE! in my opinion… First I got attended by an employee who looked lost dint smile or even say much at that point, so I checked out, was leaving. Until I realized some things were on sale I hadn’t seen before, I got pretty exited and he made an «OMG!» face. And let me know there was a limit I was like OK? His lane was busy. so I checked out with an elder employee that appears to be a manager, he stares at me and rudely say«I KNOWYOUHAVEBEENHEREONCE!, YOUCANONLYPURCHASETHISONCE A DAYANDTHEIRIS A LIMITYOUHAVETOGIVEOTHERCUSTOMERS A CHANCE» with a line of people behind me hearing. How embarrassing! That was my first time buying that I had only bought a portfolio the first time i checked out! What does he care he might think he runs the store but he sure doesn’t own it, he is easily replaced! He is just training the next generation to do just that! Who does this guy think he is?! I mean id be pretty angry with myself too if I never got out of my teenage job, but why take it out on a customer?!? I am not coming back, will tell my friends and family about my experience, people in department stores are friendlier! Maybe I might be overreacting, but to me that was rude, id never treat a patient like that at my job, I try to smile and let them know they matter, their opinion matters and adjust things to fit their individual needs, and above all BEPOLITE! If this guy was having a «ROUGHDAY» believe me an office supply store is not a good excuse for a «ROUGHDAY» I see plenty of things in my field but I manage to maintain a smile through out the day, maybe I don’t know his personal life, but the work place and personal problems are two totally different things, and should be seperated.

They never have enough employees working. Every time I go to get something at the impress center I end up stuck in line for at least 15 minutes. The employees are so overwhelmed and have to call for backup constantly. And I always go at different times, so it’s not like I’m only going during rush hour. I hate coming here.

After searching at many stores, I found what I was looking for here. Checking out was a pain. There were two women at the front who were both engaged in some sort of ink refilling machine, so they didn’t notice me. Once they did, I was checked out pretty quickly. I needed some obscure holiday themed printing paper. I’d have liked a bit more selection. There wasn’t enough of any print to get two reams of one pattern. My cashier was named after a liquor. That made me smile.

When we went to this Office Max it was for the discounted school supplies available at EVERY Office Max, so this review will be based on their customer service. Anyone that is familiar with these stores knows that they draw huge crowds at the end of the summer for their penny sales. My husband and I selected our items and waited in one of the long lines. All four open lanes were interfering with shoppers down the middle isle, so we were beyond shocked when the manager moved people from the lane we were in and closed that lane to count the cash drawer down. He did not diplomatically take the next person in line to the shortest line, he left them(or should I say, US) to the sharks. The last person in line somehow got served before people waiting quite a bit longer than he was, and it was for an action that most stores do while registers are operating. If their policy is to shut the register down, then they should keep the order of the line and direct it to another lane.
