Very rude service. When we aproached there was no one to help us. Then i looked around and saw Jessica sitting down on the phone… she looked irritated that maybe i interrupted her conversation. She still proceeds to talk on the phone. She finally come to help us and I start looking at the ice cream and pick one for my Dad… while my 70 + year old Mom asks Jessica kindly pointing at a ice cream maam what kind of ice cream is this? And she responds its written there isn’t it? Is this what costumer service is? Seriously to an old sweet lady for that matter? And I read the previous review… she did have all the door open and the ice cream was melting… is wonder if that’s some health code violation. I will be contacting the owner and letting him know because I told her that was rude. We all have bad days but she had a chance to say sorry for her actions and that was just wrong. UPDATE: I just tried to call the number listed and it’s a wrong one. I hope the manager /owner sees this review. I will post info on manager Slam Momin.

I like marbles slab I never thought that they can do no wrong but I sure was wrong. I ordered a milk shake and a medium size cup. My milk shake was water pretty much and most of the ice cream was melted. She had all the ice cream doors open. When I asked for a new shake she gladly made me another. When I mentioned the doors are not supposed to be open she said she does that cause the ice cream is to hard and hurts her hands. You be the judge on that one.
